Vacation rentals with beach access in State of Minas Gerais

Undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful views of Guarapari, breathtaking! The place is exactly as shown in the photos and has everything that is described. You can see Rhaynner's care in every detail. I recommend it with my eyes closed, and I will miss the visit a lot! From the building, you can walk to the black sand beach and the chestnut beach. It has a nearby market, pharmacy and bakery.

A great place to be with the family, the house accommodated us very well. Very good location, space to rest.

Great location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just call the entrance.

Second time we've stayed at this accommodation, the place has a great location and the apartment is super complete, it has a little bit of everything, lots to do around and the building is very safe.

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

We had a perfect weekend at the house. It was my mother's birthday and we chose this paradise to celebrate. How lucky we are! The house makes you not want to leave. Feels like home … We got there and everything was clean, we had welcome gifts, the bathroom towels smelled wonderful :) The house has everything we need, a beautiful view of the sea and contact with nature. Every day the little monkeys in the woods next to the house would come to visit us. The plus is the “private” beach that we had access to, this beach is good to take the kids, we went in the late afternoon the tide was low it was great. We'll be back for sure :)

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. A very good apartment! A beautiful balcony. A couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The guys at the front desk are super friendly!! They let us check in early! They respond right away, which is very good !!!!!! Thank you! Excellent stay!!!

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras.
