The place is wonderful, everything in compliance, large barbecue area very cozy house.

The stay was great. The house is spacious and airy, with large rooms. Everything is functional, equipped kitchen, good appliances. Rooms with comfortable beds, bathrooms with hot and clean showers. Clean and cozy yard. Extremely quiet street, no exit, very little movement, two supermarkets on the next street.

Excellent place, location and service. The attention and how we were treated from the moment we arrived is noteworthy. Mrs. Lene is very friendly and helpful. we will surely be back. totally recommended. A beautiful place!!

Cristiano welcomed us, was super helpful before, during and after the stay. He gave us tips on where to eat and visit, responded quickly and the house is quite cozy. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired, certainly an excellent option and we will return!! About the cleanliness, the bathroom was impeccable, but the house was dusty and we had to sweep. I believe it is because it was left open until our arrival. As a suggestion: 1 - the double bed in the living room does not have curtains on the window, as we were a couple, we did not use it, but the absence can impair privacy. 2 - due to the climate of Carrancas, the shower in the summer is cold and in the winter very hot, if it were multi-temperatures it would help a lot.

The house is identical to the pictures. Dona Sônia was very kind and helpful from before check-in to the time of checkout. We arrived well before check-in time and she allowed us to enter. The house was very clean. The place is quiet and quiet. We love it! For those who do not know Búzios and want to get around to see the beaches and the nightlife, the ideal is to go by car. We were and everything was perfect. Oh, and my daughter loved the kittens.

Andreia welcomed us personally, the house was impeccable, fragrant and clean, very tidy, very well located and safe. We rested a lot and enjoyed our stay in the city, thanks to the location close to the main points (downtown and Unifei).

It has a great balcony for children to play,the neighborhood is super quiet,very close to the sea. Dispensa Car,you can do everything around on foot. I liked everything. The only caveat would be in relation to the sheets, which are polyester. I got fresh days, but if it were summer the sheets would be very hot. I suggest buying cotton sheets. Otherwise, the apartment is great in terms of cleanliness, location, decoration, and convenience, as it has a garage in a location where it would be very difficult to find parking spots on the streets.

Very good stay. By far, it was the best accommodation I ever stayed in Rio das Ostras. The apartment is impeccable, as well as having everything a person needs. I went with my family during the carnival week, including my 83-year-old grandmother, the location is excellent, close to the sea making it easier for those who have difficulty getting around (my grandmother's case), the condominium employees are very kind and requested, Mrs. Lucimar always ready to answer any questions, still talking about the location, it's all close! The apartment is very large and well equipped, the parking spaces are easy to stop without having to do a lot of maneuvering, super indication! We'll be back soon!

We had an excellent stay at José Henrique's house, they made us feel very comfortable, were very attentive and provided us with everything necessary in the house for a good stay, even what had not been agreed upon before, so we were very grateful. The venue is within a very safe and quiet gated community. A little far from the center, but if you are in your own vehicle it is no problem at all. We are very pleased and thank you for your hospitality.
