The stay in “Aconchego de Itacimirim” is wonderful. The structure of the house, large, well decorated and fully equipped, allows you to have fun and rest. The landscaping of the outdoor area, with the swimming pool illuminated at night and with the water always warm (although not heated), is beautiful!!!! The hostess is super polite and makes you very comfortable. I Recommend!!!

The one-week stay in this beautiful house was excellent. The house is very comfortable, with great bed, all the kitchen equipment working well, quiet and with a beautiful garden. A short walk (3min) takes you to the beach, on an almost deserted stretch, but less than 15min from the village of Algodões. The Hosts were very attentive during the period. I highly recommend to those who want peace and comfort. Thanks Marcelo and Yuso!

A wonderful stay, cozy house, close to the sea, about a 3 minute walk, with clean walls, no smell of mold, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, air-conditioning working perfectly in all rooms, excellent pool, very safe condominium and the little square in front of the house is an attraction apart, amazing simplicity. They were blessed days. As a family. I also couldn't help but give hostess Ivonice, a polite, kind and honest person, everything she promised us was done, she even pampered us with an air fryer, which was not in the negotiations. It was all good, we plan to come back soon.

The location is excellent! Initially we were afraid of having a lot of noise, but the 2 suites are facing the back, so you can only hear the party of the club that is close by. 1 room has no air conditioning and is facing the street (noise issue), so we end up not using this one. Excellent cleanliness and great showers! Marcelo is super friendly and helpful, he gives the necessary information and responds very quickly.

Large house and ready to receive a high number of people. The kitchen You have many dishes, glasses, cutlery, two stoves, freezers, refrigerator and airfryer. The yard is large and comfortable, gourmet area with barbecue, oven and wood-burning stove, perfect! Very close to the sea (less than 5 minute walk). All rooms have air conditioning, making the stay much more comfortable. What could be better was the pool (the owner informed that it will improve in the future) and the gates urgently need maintenance, too complicated to open and close, I almost dropped on arrival. Tirando these details I loved the house.

We had a wonderful stay! The place brings you a peace with all nature around and sound from the birds' corner. The neighbors are polite and reserved, which ensures a quiet stay, with silence and privacy. The house is well equipped with essential cooking utensils (pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, among others). The availability of items such as plastic bags, floor cloth, broom, seeker and squeegee greatly helped to make everything clean as we found it! The pool is delicious and the ease of reaching the beach in up to 5 minutes is a wonderful thing! We would be back more often for sure! ❤️

Our weekend at the house was great. Easy check-in and check-out, condominium prepared to receive us, Roque was kind and agile on arrival and departure. The house was clean and organized, it is very complete and equipped, it served us super well. The condominium is also quite organized, safe and right on the sand. Facing the beach, which is a paradise: quiet and private. A delight to enjoy the whole day with the family and our puppy was super well received too.

Those who wish to enjoy downtown, and then go to a quiet place and away from any noise will really enjoy the place! In addition, they already go out on the highway to go to the other attractions outside the center. Wonderful environment, very cozy and quiet. We managed to stroll in the city center, and in a few minutes we were already in the House. The hostess was very attentive, as was Mr. Gil, homemade. All very kind! I would recommend!

The stay was perfect! The place is well located, Graça welcomed us very well, indicated great beaches, gave instructions, was super prompt. The house served us well, we went in 4, 2 couples and it worked! The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are very nice, just like the photos. We loved staying at Benicacia's house! It is exactly as shown in the photos, the rooms and beds are wonderful, with air conditioning. The people who cleaned the house kept it spotless at all times and the food Alexandra cooked for us was a luxury. We were always able to communicate with Benicacia when we needed him. In addition, it is inside a very safe condominium. The only thing that is not excellent is that it is approximately 10-15 minutes by car to the nearest beach. Also, the power went out a couple of times but they had a generator so it wasn't a problem either. I'd go back without thinking

The house is very cozy. Since the four bedrooms have a suite and they all have air conditioning, my family and I are very comfortable. The kitchen is very complete with all the utensils. The area the very nice pool and had many utensils in the gourmet area as well. The swimming pool would go every day in the morning to clean the pool and give a general on the outside. In addition, the house is in a very beautiful and safe condo with walking area. Even the condominium staying well at the entrance of Guarajuba, with a walk of maximum 15 minutes is possible to reach the beach. Ivana's accommodation managed to be much better than on the photos. A pity was I spent little time there. Everything is organized, beautiful, clean and practical. The location is a spectacle. Very green and sea in one place. My family and I were able to relax in touch with nature in a quiet, family environment, but with all structure. The house is well-equipped, new and clean sheets and towels. The team that served us during our stay was very attentive.
