Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. A whole year-round cottage for rent in an attractive area. The property is located outside the village, with views of the lake and the forest. This is an excellent starting point for both hiking and cross-country trips to the forest and the surrounding hills, as well as cycling trips to further destinations. Only 7.5 km from the Triftberg Cottage is the nearest cycling route Siekierki-Gryfino. The town of Schwedt, lying about 30 km away, is another great point to start cycling trips.
