Guests will find the apartment right in the city center. It has its own covered parking space and offers peace, a themed interior and maximum comfort. It is 50m2 large including a loggia and a parking space in the building. It is located in a safe and quiet location, but at the same time only 5 minutes' walk from the city center. You will have at your fingertips everything the city has to offer: theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike path along the river, city landmarks such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, town hall and much more.

Chalet at the chameleon

The Chameleon Cabin offers accommodation on the shore of a pond, with a spacious terrace featuring a grill, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a cedar infrared sauna overlooking the pond, plus evenings spent sitting by the fireplace... You can take a romantic boat ride on the pond or play ping-pong :-) If you want to enjoy nature to the fullest, you can swim right in the pond, which has a sandy entrance; otherwise, you can enjoy a dip in the cabin's pool. In the evening, we recommend watching the radky, ducks, swans, and maybe even kingfishers when grilling on the pond... .-)

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat ride, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock watching the sunset. Newly available at our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up your body after a long day. In the evening, you'll be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

A small house in a beautiful garden, located only 5 km from České Budějovice. Ideal for couples and travelers who are heading to discover the beauty of South Bohemia. The space is literally surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy your stay in privacy and tranquility. For those traveling with their four-legged pets, this place is perfect! There is also a barbecue in the garden. Inside the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. I look forward to your visit!

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
