For a short and long stay in Jawor

An excellent place for a short or longer stay in Javor. For work and for relaxation. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an oven with microwave function and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a washing machine and an iron at guests' disposal. The balcony with a deckchair is a good place to relax overlooking the fields and the road with unobtrusive car traffic. Very good access to the S3 expressway (3 km) and the A4 highway. We issue invoices.

We offer our private apartment to nice guests, :) It is located on the ground floor, in a quiet area of Wałbrzych. Free parking spaces are available right next to the building. It is small, but pleasant and bright. We're still working on it! :) We encourage you to discover local attractions: Książ Castle, the Palm House, the Old Mine and more! Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé – krásný, čistý a útulný domek v klidném prostředí, kde jsme se cítili jako doma. Komunikace s paní hostitelkou byla velmi milá a vstřícná, vše proběhlo bez problémů. Opravdu jsme si pobyt užili a moc rádi se sem zase někdy vrátíme. Děkujeme!

Jestem bardzo zadowolony, mieszkanie czyściutkie, doskonale wyposażone, w tv bardzo dużo kanałów chociaż ja nie miałem czasu oglądać. Świetna baza wypadowa na Wałbrzych i okoliczne góry. Kontakt z właścicielką bez problemu, reaguje natychmiast. Polecam.

Do Zielanki wybraliśmy się z lubą na workation, żeby uciec na tydzień od zgiełku miasta. Szukaliśmy przytulnego domku w pobliżu natury, miejsca na popołudniowe spacery i ciche wieczory przy kominku i to wszystko Zielanka miała nam do zaoferowania. Domek jest ciepły i funkcjonalny, a z okien w kuchni i części dziennej rozpościera się widok na pobliskie pola i lasy. Ogromnym plusem dla niezmotoryzowanych będzie pobliska stacja kolejowa (~1.5h drogi KD z Wrocławia, 10m spacerem ze stacji). Jedyne czego niektórym może zabraknąć to WiFi :) Na szczęście zasięg mobilnej sieci Plus i Play pozwolił nam na bezproblemową pracę zdalną. Ze spokojnym sumieniem możemy polecić Zielankę każdemu, kto, jak my, potrzebuje zmienić otoczenie i złapać oddech. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za gościnę.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Gemütliches Baumhaus PICEA inmitten der Natur

Ein wundervolles Baumhaus, besonders die Ruhe des Waldes und das Zwitschern der Vögel. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, schick und trotzdem gemütlich. Dass nebenan gerade ein weiteres Baumhaus gebaut wird hat mich nicht gestört, denn da das Haus sehr gut gedämmt ist war kein Lärm zu hören. Im Schlafzimmer den Regen auf dem Dach zu hören war ein wunderbares Erlebnis. In der Umgebung konnte ich den Wald und den Ausblick über die Berge genießen. In dem kleinen Ort kann man ohne Probleme etwas einkaufen und er ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wälder und kleinen Flüsse in der Nähe sind wirklich wunderschön. Eine ganz tolle Auszeit und man muss auf nichts verzichten. Super!
