Great location, very well set up for summer & fishing, thought full inclusions like bait freezer & fish cleaning area. Frank was the perfect host, very responsive.

Great unit - perfect for rainy or sunny days sitting on the front verandah people watching over looking the bay. It’s an easy stay, although it says it sleeps 8, I wouldn’t put 8 in the unit - we had 7 and I think that was too many….the 3rd bedroom would not comfortably sleep 4 people). We would absolutely rebook for 4-6 people! Thanks for having us

Kias place was a lovely place to stay with my family down at ardrossan for the long weekend. Would recommend to anyone wanting a yorkes getaway! And even a bonus you can take your pets!

We had such a gorgeous long weekend away here! Surprisingly big, bright and airy house in a great location. Perfect for what we needed as a family and very well equipped. Fiona was extremely accommodating during our stay and very responsive with all communication. Thanks again we loved it!

We had a beautiful weekend at One Merino. The house was lovely , had all the spaces and amenities that a family would need and more. Kitchen was fully equipped. The views of the ocean from the balcony offered a stunning sunset that was the highlight of everyday. Beds were very comfortable and Bathroom was very clean.
