Return from a nature walk and recharge in an airy room made bright by skylights in a high ceiling. Share a bottle of wine on a private patio in the evening. Follow a hallway lined by framed artwork to a carpeted bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep. Eat out at nearby restaurants and pubs, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen and well-stocked pantry. High ceilings, louvred windows and bi-fold doors that open to the outdoor courtyard add to the sense of space. A separate bedroom has a queen-sized bed and plenty of room to unpack. If necessary an extra person can be accommodated on a swag (comfortable high-density foam mattress on the floor) in the living room. An extra charge of $35 per night applies for an additional guest. We have a fold-up cot for babies, and bedding, provided at no extra charge. Furnishings and fittings are stylish and individual, creating a warm, welcoming home from home. Cooled by natural ventilation and ceiling fans or air conditioning in summer, the flat has gas heating to warm you in winter. There's free wi fi, radio, TV and an excellent bluetooth speaker for your music. The Adelaide Parklands and the River Torrens are a few minutes' walk away, and a free bus departs hourly from a stop just around the corner. More buses and taxis can be hailed a block away on Melbourne St. And for those who don't mind a walk, the Festival Centre, Adelaide Oval and North Tce are easily reached on foot. There's free undercover parking and the bathroom doubles as a laundry, with a front-loading washing machine and dryer, plus iron and ironing board. There's a fully functioning kitchen with essential pantry supplies including tea, coffee and milk. Check in is easy, and if I'm unable to greet you personally, I'm just a phone call call away and happy to provide guidance on what to do/where to go in the neighbourhood and the city. The apartment is in North Adelaide, an area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and pubs—and the natural beauty of parklands on the doorstep. Walk to the Fringe and Adelaide Festival events in 15 minutes, and reach the city centre in 20. Or catch a free bus just around the corner. Free buses to the city depart half-hourly from just around the corner, or there are regular city buses every 15 minutes or so departing from the stop on Melbourne St a few minutes away. Or you can easily hail a cab there. Adelaide Airport is a $25-$30 cab ride away. We have a portable cot and bedding available for guests travelling with babies.

Only 100m from the FREE bus (98) to the centre of Adelaide, or you can walk to the city and the Oval. There is currently limited private parking at the rear of the property for a SMALL car, if you are skilled. Additionally, we provide a single parking permit that will allow you to have unlimited parking in time limited street parking in the area, we provide a map of all available parking.
