This is a farm house style studio apartment above an office space. The studio is one block from Main Street shops and restaurants and it is a 10 min walk to the lake. There are seven restaurants, several pubs and two breweries within a 5 min walk. The apartment has a 12 foot deck with a table that overlooks the city skyline. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front.
