Located in an elevated position just a series of steps down on to the pristine sands of Boat Harbour Beach on Tasmania’s north-west Coast. Featuring a light flooded, state of the art kitchen and open plan living/dining areas and two elevated decks. An expansive terrace provides breathtaking 180 degrees views of the Sea and Boat Harbour Beach. Three night minimum stay.

A cosy granny flat ( studio ) with all the basic comforts for self catering, with private entrance in rural surroundings. The town of Smithton is in walking distance. Our family live on the property but you'll enjoy complete privacy. It's a great space for an overnight stopover or short term stay. Also ideal for anyone coming to the area for work purposes. Sanibonani means "Hello" in Zulu and we hope you will feel welcome and very much at home in our cottage.

Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region. The entire town has preserved the character of yesteryear in its architecture The Lodge, built in 1915 is a house perfect for a family, group of friends or couples. All you need to bring are beach towels, what you are going to eat and drink and your own firewood. WiFi is also available at the property.
