Apartment "Aqua 1" it is located in a quiet place, it is decorated in such a way that it exudes warmth and a nice atmosphere, so it is ideal for family vacations. It is intended for four people, but it offers the possibility for four/five people to stay in it. It has a spacious terrace with an incredible view of the sea, where our guests like to enjoy their first morning coffee and breakfast.The pebbly beach and the apartment are directly connected by stairs, which provides a special atmosphere.

Our little paradise is located on the seafront, has direct entrance to the beach and great view of the sea. We gave our hearts and minds to make 35m2 perfect for up to 4 travelers. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with plenty of details and sunshine. On the balcony (10m2) you can enjoy little lounge in the shade of the 70 years old pine tree. Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 is on the loft (has a great sea view). Bathroom features walk in shower. 1 park place is included.

ZALOO sea-view luxurious apartment with hot tub. Apartment Zaloo (62 m²) is a brand new residence located in Split, Dalmatia region near the city beach Žnjan. The apartment features a beautiful sea view from both the living room and covered terrace with small garden, which also includes a hot tub and comfortable sitting area. A free Wi-fi connection and a private parking spot (in the parking garage) is included, too.

Large modern apartment, with 2 large terraces, solar shower, 2 entrances, 2 bathrooms, veranda, great sea view, garden, wifi, large kitchen. The apartment is comfortable and only 50m from the sea. The large bathroom is new and we are currently renovating the large brown room in which we have installed a second air conditioner so that now the apartment has 2 air conditioners.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
