Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

One double Master Bedroom with 5' bed with shower room and one twin room with bathroom (shower attachment over bath) A cot room with child's bed is adjacent to the Master Bedroom. Downstairs cloakroom/W.C. Beamed sitting/dining room with open range fire and Smart TV. Kitchen with breakfast area and French doors to patio overlooking the fields beyond. There is a fully enclosed garden with a south-east facing terrace with table, chairs and a brick barbeque.

Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.

The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
