Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Stafford County

Our stay was perfect, the property is beautiful. The house was a great fit for our family of 5 adults, including my father who was joining us. The 3 full bathrooms make the stay very stress free. Larry and Kimberly the house were extremely good at communicating. Great stat would recommend.

We absolutely loved our trip to Fredericksburg at Amy & Nick’s historic home. We were within walking distance of incredible restaurants and experiences. The home was exactly as described and hosts offered timely hints about parking. We were within driving distance of local national parks and locations. Our favorite place to enjoy was the amazing front porch and breeze. We look forward to coming back to this under-sung gem in an impressive crossroads of American history/culture. Make sure to get out and about! We are already preparing a return trip!

Great place to stay at a great price. Very spacious. If you don’t like noise I wouldn’t recommend as they live upstairs and have children. I didn’t mind because I have kids. Just an fiy. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Great find in Fredericksburg area. Well appointed and maintained house. Very close to the Historic District and most amenities (groceries, restaurants, movies, etc) are nearby. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay but we entertained ourselves with a few games of ping pong and some Netflix. Did manage a few trips to the hot tub between the showers. You may want to pack some Crocs or something as the hot tub is down a slight, grassy hill and there is no marked or maintained pathway. Not a big deal though. Bed was very comfortable, double rain shower heads a plus, and modern kitchen. Great visit and highly recommend.

My family and I stayed there once stayed there twice and would stay there again when in the area and the suite is available.

My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend at your apartment very much. It was my wife's college reunion weekend, and this apartment was a great place in which to access everything. Great historic building that has been renovated in a very responsible manner.

Very nice getaway. William was always quick to respond to any questions. The space is nice and comfortable. It is located in a prime location close to shopping and restaurants. Great to walk everywhere and not have to drive. Comfy bed and nice hot shower. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. We found this AirBnB to be stress free. It was in a nice community and managed by quality owners who were helpful in recommending places to eat, etc. It is quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a back porch facing a wooded area.

From the moment we walked in to Terra’s place, I immediately felt at home. The place was pristine and was cleaned to perfection (one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I have ever been to). The instructions were also very clear and easy to navigate upon arrival. I highly recommend this location- you will feel right at home!!!

Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was exceptional! The host communicated very well and was very responsive. The condo was very clean and the location was great as it was super close to great restaurants and local shops. I would definitely rent again!

About 10 min walk from King Street with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The place was clean. They use nice eco-friendly soaps, cleaners, air filter, which was a nice touch. It has shared walls, but I only heard people walking very occasionally and a dog barking once. So very quiet for shared walls. The bed is firm, FYI. Clean. Convenient. Definitely would stay again.

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
