With lovingly designed and high-quality furnishings, it is an ideal starting point for hikes in the forest and moor and at the numerous moor lakes and for bird and wildlife watching. MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

Das NordseeLoft ist ein besonderer Rückzugsort für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und Komfort suchen. Direkt am Wasser gelegen mit einem Steg vor der Tür – ideal für Kanu oder SUP. Mit 3 gemütlichen Schlafbereichen, einem hellen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen Küche bietet das Haus viel Raum für 4-6 Personen. Sauna und Eckbadewanne sorgen für erholsame Wohlfühlmomente. Ob beim Frühstück mit Blick aufs Wasser oder beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse – hier beginnt der Urlaub ganz entspannt.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

You will stay in a single wooden house with its own sauna, very elegant shower area and terrace. Designed for 2 people, the room is about 55 m² and includes a bathroom, furnished kitchenette, sauna and shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The environment is wildly romantic with a lot of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. If you would like to travel with more than 2 people, I recommend my second listing (under my profile) with an additional bedroom.

Ideal for families (including dogs) and friends who value quality, tranquility, and a special atmosphere. Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Space, no traffic noise, horses in the immediate vicinity and 1 km away various shops and restaurants, 2 km away the Weserpromenade. The apartment contains two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchenette and a terrace. In the room with the infrared cabin, a baby or air bed could also be set up. Ideal for cycling or discovering the North Sea, Oldenburg or Bremen

The detached, thatched, approx. 200 m² farmhouse with a natural, park-like garden offers plenty of space for people. It has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a 75 m² living/dining room with a cozy fireplace and a 70 m² hallway with a ping pong table, so that even in bad weather there is no boredom. A sauna is also available. The Weser beach is only 3 km away. Up to 2 pets are welcome (€25/week). Non-smoking house.
