1 Queen size + 2 Full size beds + 1 pull out sofa bed+ A hammock on back porch, 1 bathroom remodeled with nice tile shower. Big fenced yard, Full kitchen thats fully stocked except for food (but no dishwasher), 3 HD flat screen TV's (Roku & YouTube service), nice sound system (bluetooth & MP3 compatible), Fast WIFI, 5 bikes, off street parking, central AC/Heat. There is a "In-Law suite" that the owner stays in on the back of the property. It is separated from the main house by an 8 ft fence.

Nestled under ancient live oaks, this vacation spot is a hipster heaven of art and maker furniture with plenty of space inside and out for entertaining. For entertainment, there are tvs in three rooms( two with cable ) Amazon Echo for music and news, and a Roku and Amazon Firestick for Internet tv. Just fyi, there's a separate bungalow in back that is also listed on Airbnb as “Redfern Respite” that you can book but has a separate entrance and private deck.
