The view from your window is constantly brimming with wildlife, including tons of birds and sometimes even crocodiles sunning themselves on the banks! Nestled under mature live oak trees, this 1940's beach cottage is quaint, comfortable, and cozy in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Walk to the beach, ride bikes, sight see historic sites, golf, shop, dine out at a wonderful selection of great restaurants. Only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. Public access at 3rd or 5th streets. Between the Pier/Village/Neptune Park and the King & Prince/restaurants where all the action is and you can walk or ride bikes to. Great location!

Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.

The 19th Hole

You'll find all the comforts of home at the 19th Hole. A 5-10 minute drive will get you to Mallory square, where there is shopping, dining and the pier to watch the sunset. East Beach has a wide beach with tide pools, concession stands and a convenient bath house with bathrooms and showers. Perfect for a family get together. A public pool in the community is available for use and is managed by the HOA.

The Green Door | your treehouse 2mi from the beach

The green door is a newly built studio apartment, in the heart of SSI, a bike ride away from the beach and walking distance from bars and restaurants in nearby Redfern Village. Modern furnishing, fluffy bedding and lofted ceilings meet plenty of natural light in this cozy and peaceful space. With tree canopy views at every window, it is like staying in the most comfy -air conditioned- treehouse !

3 blocks to the beach and a short 10 minute walk to the Village. It's a quiet neighborhood, great for enjoying coffee on the patio in the morning or refreshing beverages in the afternoon, you can hear the ocean waves from the patio. FLETC per diem accepted.
