What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

It's a small condo, just enough space for two, but a great space!! 3 Houses from the public beach, a short (maybe 2 block walk) to fishable beach, and a mile to pier 60. Valerie was amazing! Had a couple of hiccups but she was prompt and reactive. Great host!!!

My fiancé and I were in town for a wedding. After all the festivities, we were looking for a place to relax for a few days, and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. It’s located closer to North Beach Clearwater, a little further down from the main Clearwater strip, but still just a short walk to all the restaurants, stores, and other attractions. The beach access was only a two-minute walk from the Airbnb, which was incredibly convenient. Since we were a bit farther from the main strip, the beach was quieter and gave us plenty of space—even during a busy weekend like Memorial Day. The Airbnb itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed—plenty of shower towels, beach towels, and essentials like beach chairs and an umbrella. The Clearwater Bay Club staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always quick to help. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this spot more highly. It will definitely be our go-to place for any future trips to Clearwater!

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

Very nice, quaint home less than half a block from the beach. The home was in pristine condition and clearly refurbished after the fall 2024 hurricanes. Everything was in excellent condition. With the house backing onto Beach Trail it was less than a 5min walk to the beach or the Kooky Coconut, which is one of our absolute favorites! Others do use Beach trail by both vehicle and foot though, so do not be surprised when you see folks walking by outside. The house is right on the shell/gravel path. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house for it approximation o the beach and our favorite local grub & ice cream shop!

Perfect drivable location to downtown Saint Petersburg. Carl and Jenn were very informative and quick to respond, provided local things to do and great places to eat. Love the board games and kid friendly games / toys. I’ll definitely book with them again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The outdoor area is really nice too. The location was perfect for us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to almost anything you’d want to do in the Tampa area. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Their hospitality is top notch. You can feel their thoughtfulness in the little things they do to make your stay more comfortable such as provide little snacks and toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay here and will book again when we come back to Tampa!

We enjoyed being in this home very much. Friendly host, clear instructions, good recommendations, spotless, everything we needed (he even asked us what kind of milk we wanted in the fridge for our morning coffee!!). Quiet neighborhood. As all the reviews noted, great screened in front porch to sit and drink coffee, listen to the birds, watch the squirrels play, and admire the beautiful plantings. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

We had a lovely time at Tawnee's house. It is well equipped and she helped us with questions right away. A Publix is right around the corner. 10 minute ride to the beach. We will be happy to come back.

We actually live in the area & had a big celebration for our son’s first birthday! A few family members stayed in the Airbnb & WOW! Everything was truly wonderful. The location was amazing, the house was clean & the beds were comfy! Lindsey was a wonderful host & next time our family is in town we will rent the house again!

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!
