Beautiful farm house on a beautiful piece of property. The home was spotless, all the kitchen gadgets you need, lots of towels and super easy clean up before checkout. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again.

This place is fantastic! It’s perfect for a party of 5 or 6. It’s also conveniently located near the town. Alisa was incredibly helpful and made the process of getting in and out of the place incredibly easy. I highly recommend her place! :)

Great view of the river, passing ships, and fantastic sunsets… which is what we were looking for in our few days up on the River. place was nice and cozy. wish we had more time to relax and enjoy. I’d return here again!

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay - far exceeded our expectations! Felt right at home, everything we needed to prep food was there. Beautiful house & lakefront that the dogs loved swimming in. Would recommend. We have family near the area so we will definitely be back.

She was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtfulness really stood out—she even offered us a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. This cottage was right on the lake and was extremely peaceful. Kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun! It’s a short trip away from 1000 islands which was so worth it!!

I don't even know where to start! This is incredible! The house is really clean! Cozy! Light! Warm! Friends work in construction business and they checked the house with a special black light!Everything is perfectly clean! This is the house i would like to rent in the future! Had a great time staying at this beautiful cottage, there’s everything there you need to make yourself feel right at home. Host was very responsive and helpful. The place is newly built and completely furnished with all new appliances and furniture. Would book again if I ever come back to visit

This was a beautiful destination that is private and away from the road, but close enough to all major shopping. It was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in and had all amenities that you could think of. The host was very friendly and responsive. He even had coffee and breakfast in the Airbnb for us in the morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bathrooms had everything you need for a shower or bath and even had toothbrushes, toothpaste and makeup wipes. The pictures almost don’t do it justice because it is such an amazing gem. I can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool and outdoor deck area. I would say it is perfect for a family or even a romantic getaway for a couple as there are standup showers and a Jacuzzi jet tub. Better than a hotel and amazing value for the price. We won’t stay anywhere else when we come in the area and we always come back to this property.

This airbnb was very spacious and fun. We held my bachelorette weekend get away here with my bridesmaids. Helen was very responsive to our messages and made our stay a breeze. The pool is very clean and the rooms are great size. The dinning room and living room was a great set up for game night! this airbnb is about 20 minutes from awesome spots at Alexandra Bay.

The cabin was exactly what we needed. So peaceful and thoughtfully constructed. Kids loved the riverfront beach. Really beautiful and expansive yard. House was perfect for spending time with our family. Would definitely recommend as there is nothing like it in the area.

Quiet, cozy place, just as pictured. Firepit on back deck and gas fireplaces were a nice touch. Place was within easy drive of Lake Ontario. Robert was proactive and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

The home is beautiful and very spacious. There were huge windows that looked out over the river and just made it relaxing from sun up to sundown. We loved the deck and spent a lot of time out there watching the different birds, including a bald eagle. We had eight people so the bedroom situation was great. We were up for a graduation. If we came back to this area, we would absolutely stay here. Our host was friendly and accommodating, and very responsive.

Stayed for two nights for my daughter’s auditions at SUNY Potsdam Crane School of music. It worked out for us perfectly, place was warm and cozy despite the -2 temp at night. Plenty of and the place was very clean. Stephanie is a great responsive host.

What a gem! 5-10 minute walk to the beach but the kids enjoyed the pool at the site more than the beach. Martha Stewart would have been jealous of the decor. The large patio table was a big hit and used all day long. We really enjoyed the separate cabins; each family could do their own thing. The fire pit had been improved since the photo and s’mores were made. Kids loved the swings and the adults loved the swing chairs on the Black Cabin deck. Large site; neighboring cabins barely visible.

Nancy's place was one of the best Airbnbs we ever stayed at! It was clean, spacious, affordable, and located in a safe area. It's an easy drive to Potsdam and much more affordable than a hotel during graduation weekend. We would definitely stay here again! It was also pet friendly, but didn't smell like animals at all!

Karilee was a wonderful host. The home was a great place to spend a peaceful evening. It is about 25 minutes from Alex Bay and Watertown. We needed a later check out on Saturday and she was over accommodating with us. It was very much appreciated!

Stayed for family reunion - couldn’t have picked a more convenient location. Everything about our stay was outstanding - highly recommend to others not to pass up this location. Thank you for a perfect stay! 6 stars!!

The cabin was very nice. It fit the 7 of us without issue.

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from SLU. Such a convenient location (could have walked if it hadn’t been for horrible weather) and an adorable little in-law suite that was clean and comfy.

Diego was super responsive at all times with clear instructions on how everything worked. He was also very considerate, knowing it was our anniversary, and offered to meet us there or not in case we wanted privacy. Very accommodating, and since there wasn't anyone there the day before, was okay with us checking in an hour early! The nature around us was great if you like to see animals. The same can be said for spiders though. Probably not the best location if you're severely arachnophobic, though the cabin did come stocked with means to dispose of spiders. The cabin was decent, but Diego as the host is what sets this one apart. Will recommend!
