Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, Clarkson, and Suny Potsdam. It has a double bed and a twin-sized bunk bed (sturdy enough for adults/attached to studs). The living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress in the chest. Weather permitting, access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and grill. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly.
