Vacation rentals with a patio in St. Joseph County

Narissa was a GREAT host!!! She was so responsive with every question !! She provided an entire book for the house that gave tips for the area and fun things to do, I was just silly and didn’t see it! But when I did find it with Marissa‘s prompting, it answered all of my questions! But she was happy to help and always very quick to answer!! I was curious if the Pickleball courts would be noisy since they’re so close by but truly, you could not hear the people at the park!! We could see them and they were just across the street! It was very quiet and I slept like a teenager! The entire place was wonderfully clean and beautifully appointed! Looking forward to coming back and doing this fun location and terrific Air bnb again!

This was our second stay at Christine’s place, we have enjoyed it both times. The Airbnb is always clean and ready for us. It is not far from Grace College. I like that the neighbor is nice for walking, and it’s close to the water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed! The house is absolutely beautiful. We also found it to be spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with every desired amenity imaginable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy and communication with the host was seamless. We will be staying again in the future!

Convenient to ND campus. Very clean setup. Host provided great instructions entrance and use of shower. Enjoyed the brief stay would definitely consider again! Host was very responsive and readily available. Thanks Kristina!

We had an awesome long weekend at Morton's Retreat. We loved visiting Three Oaks and Sawyer, and going on a few short hikes nearby. We especially loved grabbing drinks at the Historian. The Airbnb is on a busy road, but there is a bike path that runs by it and it's a short walk to Luisa's Swedish bakery, which was excellent. The place was clean and even a bit larger than we expected. Great for a relaxing long weekend.

Lynette & Conrad were excellent hosts never had to want for anything & the apartment was excellent & comfy. These two hands down have been the best hosts I’ve ever had at any other stay across the country absolutely superb. The rating only lets you go as high as 5 stars but this couple should get 10 stars across the board on all rating questions. Thank you very much for a great stay look forward to booking this place again in the near future.

Such a cute spot in a quaint little town. Apartment has everything you need and more and is conveniently located to coffee shops, restaurants, and retail. 10/10.

The Loft is cozy and just right for what we needed for a weekend in Niles. Chelsea was kind and engaging. Instructions for the house were clear and simple.

This was our third stay at the house. It is conveniently located close to Notre Dame campus. It is always so clean and comfortable. Kelsey is the most responsive, helpful and friendly host!

The Zen House was a great retreat for our baseball tournament weekend - plenty of space, great amenities, and a much better experience than a hotel. The house felt intentionally designed for relaxation. The bedroom setup worked great, and we took advantage of the nearby park for some pregame hitting practice. We appreciated how the space could be closed off for privacy at night, and filled with sunlight during the day. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back for a football weekend!

Affordable, clean, and picturesque place on the jogging trail. Cozy place with lots of unique places to hangout. We had a blast.

It’s been my experience that when something seems too good to be true, it generally is. However, not so this time. We booked this beautiful home at the last minute for a family celebration for my Granddaughter’s college graduation when the one we originally booked 7 months earlier sold out from under us. Wonderful luck for us because it was new & had just come on the market. We had 4 king bedrooms, 1 queen, and a double bunk room. Also had 4 full size bathrooms. The outdoor patio area got a lot of use. Because we were so busy, nobody had a chance to use the sauna, hot tub or big game room. The kitchen was stocked with tons of dishes and cookware, utensils, and anything we might need for our celebration dinner. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, with people walking their kids & dogs. Our Host, Brandon, was super attentive and prompt to take care of a few small issues that came up. Hope this little gem is available the next time we find ourselves going to South Bend.

We loved the house and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely decor, super comfortable, everything clean and well cared for, living room was great for movie nights, the shed is a fun gameroom and location is very walkable to U of Notre Dame campus! Just down the block from a CVS too. The host was over the top wonderful... snacks, drinks, ingredients, amenities, toiletries and last, but not least, extremely thoughtful Class of 2025 decorations (and a gift too!) for my son's graduation! Highly recommend... Thank you so much!

We couldn't suggest any improvements. Everything was there. The showers were great, the beds were super comfortable. The layout of your home is open and welcoming. We were fortunate to be able to choose your home. Thanks again for your help in obtaining our reservation.

Highly recommended! Conveniently located for Notre Dame (go Irish!), pristine condition, kitchen & bathrooms well supplied, comfy & relaxing atmosphere. Very responsive host (one minor issue was fixed the same day with great communication). It was above our expectations - look forward to staying again!

The condo was exactly as described. It’s in a great location and we really liked that it’s set back a bit from the road so it feels like a private entrance. Everything we needed was all within walking distance and Lisa left some really solid recommendations. Looking forward to staying again!

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable environment during our stay. Cheryl was a great host. She was very helpful with any questions and any needs we had. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very convenient to restaurants. While the location is in a quiet neighborhood, it is quick and easy to get to the main roads to either downtown Goshen, Dunlap or Elkhart. Thank you for making this space available.

Place was fantastic and so convenient to campus. Would come back again and again!!

The area was quiet and we liked the fact it had a small gym. For the money we paid it was everything we expected and convenient to drive to shops. If you want convenience in a quiet location then it's perfect. The bed was quiet comfortable too, although we didn't use the pillow as I bought our own. Plenty of space for 2 people, actually also 4 with a nice large kitchen table.

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend, it was perfect! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away! Would definitely come again.
