Just 10 minutes from the University of ND and less than 10 min from restaurants, grocery stores, and several golf courses. Grill and hang out - there is a very large yard to play Croquet, bocce, cornhole and a nice deck to enjoy the stars. If the weather permits you can have fun playing in the pool, or venture further and visit one of the beaches of Lake Michigan or visit the Wine Trail of Lower Michigan.

The living room has a 55" Roku TV and Roku TV's are in each bedroom. There are 2 Queen bedrooms on the main floor and 2 full beds in the large upstairs bedroom. The basement has a small living area and 1 full size bed. Each bedroom also has a fan and sound machine as well as blackout curtains to ensure a goodnights sleep. Privacy fenced back yard with plenty of patio furniture surrounding the pool and a gas grill. The pool is open from Memorial day to Labor day.
