Vacation rentals with lake access in St. Joseph County

We enjoyed access to boat, paddle boat and fishing off the dock. We went to Three Rivers for groceries which was about 20 minutes away. We liked how close the park was to walk trails one day. It was just a relaxing time with the family and loved playing the family board games provided!

We rented this property for our family with two little children. Although a bit small , it worked well for our needs. Lovely area, with a short pleasant walk to Lake Michigan beaches. We used to live in this neighborhood so it was very nice to revisit the area.

This was a great stay for my dad’s lifelong dream of going to a home game at Notre Dame. Miranda was responsive and helpful. The space was immaculate and the view was beautiful. I highly recommend Miranda’s place! Thank you so much for having us!

I recently stayed at this charming 3-bedroom cabin with a loft, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the coziest vibes. The cabin is beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern touches, making it feel like a home away from home. The spacious open living area was perfect for the 6 of us. Each of the three bedrooms was incredibly comfortable, with soft bedding and plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. Overall, this cabin exceeded all of our expectations. Kevin and Vicky were very responsive and kind. Will definately book with them again if in the area. Highly recommend!

My family and I were blown away by the house and its surroundings. We were a party of 10 adults attending my nephew's wedding at the Marion Magnolia Farms venue which was about 2 miles away. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Except the food, of course. Plenty of bath towels, blankets, etc. Bring bottled water. The backyard setting adjacent to the lake was tranquil and peaceful. The weather was beautiful for October (high 70's). We spent the evening around the fire pit making s'mores. No mosquitoes or flies. Yay!!!!!!! You literally will not want to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! But we had to get back to reality. For 3 days and 2 nights we were able to escape the busyness of everyday living. I loved my stay at Ann's Diamond Lake cottage. It was peaceful location with not a lot of traffic. The home has all needed amenities and is well stocked if you forget to bring something (pots, pans, foil, olive oil etc)Ann was available when and if you need her, and she never made me feel like a burden. When I'm in town and need a place to stay I will be calling Ann first. Thank you so much for your hospitality Ann!

Had a lovely time at this lake house! Plenty of room inside and out for kids to play and adults to spread out. It was truly a “make yourself at home” feeling. Thank you!

Great little spot. Really loved the local coffee shop. Didn't spend much time in town, but drove to the national park instead. Great spot to save a little and still be able to enjoy the beach and parks.

Narissa was a GREAT host!!! She was so responsive with every question !! She provided an entire book for the house that gave tips for the area and fun things to do, I was just silly and didn’t see it! But when I did find it with Marissa‘s prompting, it answered all of my questions! But she was happy to help and always very quick to answer!! I was curious if the Pickleball courts would be noisy since they’re so close by but truly, you could not hear the people at the park!! We could see them and they were just across the street! It was very quiet and I slept like a teenager! The entire place was wonderfully clean and beautifully appointed! Looking forward to coming back and doing this fun location and terrific Air bnb again!

Lisa was an amazing host! The location was great right on the lake and the space had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying with her!

Nada was great to work with. Anytime we had a question, she had the answer and responded professionally and promptly. The unit had a great view of the lake and easy access being on the first floor. Will look forward to booking this unit at the Culver Cove in the future.

Great place and a fantastic experience with Lauren. Very peaceful home (like in the country) yet close to everything. The home is very clean and has everything you'll need. This place is 5 Stars, and priced very reasonably, so book it now if its available. You will not regret it! Thanks again Lauren for the treats. Special surprise that made our day even better. I needed it after the Notre Dame loss and that cheered me up :)

Such amazing views very nice and quite loved it

We LOVED this place! Quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood which made it wonderful to relax and take several walks. Even a Nice short leisurely walk to the beach. We used the campfire pit a lot, since it was a cooler weekend than normal. The place was super clean, cute, cozy and comfy! Close to everything we wanted to do restaurants, ice cream, bike rides, etc. Peter was a wonderful host and even had a bottle of wine for us in the refrigerator to help celebrate our anniversary! We will be back!!

The cottage was beautiful and exactly what we were wanting for our honeymoon spot! It was so clean and well stocked for staying there. The beach and trails nearby were nice to walk and we were pleased with how much was available to go out and do within a short drive. The host was incredibly helpful with instructions and recommendations for where to go in the area. It was a wonderful experience!

Easy check-in and felt right at home. Jennifer was always responsive to messages. She also gave great suggestions for food etc. The house is located perfectly for walking to the beach, market, restaurants, coffee. It is also a great location for quick travels to New Buffalo, Three Oaks, Michigan City and more. We will visit again for sure!

This is a great place, exactly as advertised. We loved the hot tub and all the fun stuff to do nearby.

We had a great time staying at Amy's place! It is the perfect size for a couple. It feels very cozy and like you are actually staying at someone's home vs. the sterile Airbnbs that are owned by corporate entities these days. The property is as described. It is very private, yet close to everything! I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Perfect home for a long weekend that included a Notre Dame football game. The home had plenty of space for two couples and the kitchen is beautifully updated. The house is exactly like the photos and even better in person. Lovely large yard, plenty of seating out by the lake, kayaks for use, a firepit; a great vacation home. Bonus on an ND football weekend: much less traffic coming from north of campus, easy drive getting in and out of campus.

This is a wonderful find in Michiana Shores: close enough to the "action" of New Buffalo but secluded and peaceful. The walk/bike ride to the beach is very pleasant, but you may wish to stay in the backyard of the cottage to enjoy the beautiful surroundings/firepit. Grilling and eating outside on the large table was a blast. The outdoor shower is amazing, especially on a chilly morning! Don't miss a perfect Lake Michigan sunset at Stop 37-39 beach. Meals at Bentwood Tavern and Stop 50 Pizza (which you can WALK TO) were delicious as always. You will not be disappointed staying at this Cottage! A+ hosts and property!

This was the most peacful and fun stay. We can't wait to come back and make this our familes yearly tradtiion. Aaron was always responsive and helped with any questions we had. GREAT HOST!!
