Vacation rentals with a patio in St John's Wood

This place was fabulous and we really enjoyed staying there. It is very walkable and has many great stores and restaurants around. We were also able to walk to various attractions and there are several tube stations nearby. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs, which might be an issue for someone who is not very fit.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay in Didier’s Notting Hill flat. It is a perfect location for exploring London. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were very modern. Early check in was important to us, and Didier met us at the flat in the morning after our overnight flight. There is easy access to markets, coffee shops and pubs. Didier told us about the Gett app to order black taxis, like you would Uber, which turned out to be a great tip. Taxis arrived fast and we used them to go all over London. Didier was a gracious and responsive host. He even stopped by. In the middle of our stay to freshen the towels. The flat is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Jooles and his home were perfect. The location couldn't have been better - cool neighborhood, close to public transportation, amazing backyard. And Jooles is a gem. So easy to connect with and flexible with our travels. 10 out of 10 would recommend. ☺️

Loved staying at this place on Abbey Road — it’s full of British charm and character. The vibe is classic and cozy, making it a really special spot for a London trip. The hosts were amazing! Super responsive and had a positive vibes! Made the whole trip seamless. I would 100 % recommend this to anyone who loves a nice relaxing getaway to London.

John’s place was the perfect place to stay on our first stop during our honeymoon! John gave us some wonderful food recommendations as well as places to see in the area. The space is clean and has everything you would need, they’ve done a great job making use of a small space. If we are back in the area again, we will absolutely be looking to stay here!

Stunning place! The location was perfect for exploring notting hill and west London in general! The common space is beautiful and has so much natural light. The patio was perfect for fresh air. 10/10 experience!

Quiet location, close to two tube stations. There’s a pub right down the street and Hyde Park is 5 minutes away! Hannah and team were responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Great stay!

Such a gorgeous space! The neighborhood was adorable with lots of local restaurants, primrose hill, and the chalk farm tube station close by.

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

This home was great, just like the photos. Very nicely decorated and super clean! It’s in a beautiful area with close proximity to restaurants and trains. Alexis was super responsive to questions I had and was very accommodating. Sirens are a bit loud throughout the night which we weren’t expecting, but overall great stay!

A wonderful home in a quiet residential setting within walking distance of Marylebone shops & cafes. Boxcar was a great brunch spot about 15 mins walk away. Tracey was very helpful & responsive. We loved the well equipped kitchen, sunny garden patio & cosy TV room. Comfy beds & sofa. A real home-from-home.

This is one of the best Air Bnb’s we have ever stayed in. It felt like our own London home. The decor is amazing and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Loved being in a more residential area after our days of exploring busy London! We hope to be back someday! I could not recommend this place more!

My family and I had great stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and as described in the listing. The location was ideal—close to public transit to get to everything we wanted to do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We stayed here (couple + 4y/o + 6 month baby) for three nights after arriving in London and loved it. Richard's garden flat was spacious, clean, and great for families. There were two bedrooms, ample linens, and a living area for our kids to play. The kitchen had all the essentials for morning coffee and breakfast and Richard provided a travel cot for the baby. Richard was very responsive to questions. The flat is in a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of families, and there is a park just steps away. The tube is just a few minutes' walk away and was easy to navigate.

Great location. Place looks amazing like the pictures suggest. Wonderful and very helpful hosts. No complaints, would stay again.

The location is great for runs in the park and proximity to the tube station - 15 mins' walk. Otherwise on hot day a short Uber ride is all it takes. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. We had a really good and productive stay. Thank you Max.

Very comfortable space. Nicely furnished and stylish. The location is great, so close to overground, underground and many buses, just a few minutes walk. Simon was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out times and very prompt with communication. I always enjoyed going back to this pleasant comfortable space after busy days sightseeing and shopping. I slept incredibly well here I particularly noticed it was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Frank's place was great. The location is only a short walk to everything in Kings Cross; restaurants, bars, groceries, outdoor activities, and of course the Kings Cross station where you can easily get to virtually anywhere in London and beyond. The only small criticism we have is that the hottub was in need of maintenance so we were not able to use it which ended up being ok since we had so many other things to do while we were there.

We had a wonderful stay at Henri’s flat in London! The flat is beautiful, homey, and was the perfect size for our family of three. It is a short walk from Paddington Station, Hyde Park, and plenty of great restaurants which made exploring made it incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the space had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Henri was an exceptional host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We’re looking forward to booking again on our next trip to London!
