Tolle Unterkunft, gerne wieder! Wir hatten am 06.09.24 einen kurzen, aber sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung für ein Konzertbesuch. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super, und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Es hat alles perfekt gepasst, und wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns in dem toll ausgestatteten Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauna im Keller ist auch ein kleines Highlight. Christian ist ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber! Vielen Dank für alles und liebe Grüße

Tolles, modernes Wohlfühl- Chalet im schönen Filzmoos. Wir haben die Zeit als Familie dort sehr genossen. Andrea und Oliver sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Super Kommunikation und stets erreichbar. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Tolle Unterkunft mit Wahnsinnig guter Ausstattung

A truly unique place to stay. Very quaintly furnished. We felt comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend the 11er Häusla.

Erich has created a gem. We felt very comfortable. Technically up to the cutting edge. Everything in the cottage is very well thought out, we didn't miss anything. Our stay took place at the beginning of March and we assumed that we would rarely leave the cottage because you can really hole up there. You can enjoy the fireplace with a glass of wine. We took tons of books with us... Exceptionally, the weather was very, very nice and sunny. Unfortunately, at this time of year the sun does not reach the Pointhäusl and so we could not use the really wonderful outdoor area, which was a great pity. We'll be back for sure - but in the summer! Erich and his Pointhäusl deserve five stars plus!!!

Tolle Unterkunft für unseren 3-Generationen-Aufenthalt. Alles sehr praktisch und dabei sehr schön. Toll ausgestattet und hochwertig. Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfreich. Besonders sind uns aufgefallen die hochwertige Küchenausstattung, die tollen Betten, die Terrasse mit der traumhaften Sicht , die guten Parkmöglichkeiten und die Ruhe. Auch für unseren zwei Hunde war es für die Woche ein perfekter Ort. Wenn wir unbedingt etwas negatives finden müssen: Der Staubsauger sah zwar spacy aus, hat aber nicht gut gesaugt 🙄.

Martin was wonderful and the apartment was even better than the pictures. You had to drive to the ski slope, as whilst there were buses they weren't very frequent but it was less than a 5minute drive which was fine. I would highly recommend the apartment and I would definitely book it again.

We were very warmly welcomed by Julia. The apartment was beautiful and we settled in immediately. Everything you need is there. We slept very well and enjoyed a great view every morning, whether waking up or at the breakfast table. We especially liked the service of getting fresh rolls delivered to the door every morning! Here's another big thank you! Our daughter was blown away by the animals and would love to jump on the trampoline forever... the area itself is very quiet, which did not bother us at all because by car you can get to different places to explore super fast... In the evening we could comfortably end the day by the fireplace with a glass of wine or relax in the sauna for two. We as a family can recommend this wonderful place with a clear conscience! It is definitely a great break from the stressful everyday life in the chaotic city life.

Booked Markus’ apartment for a ski break for two of our children. They loved it!! Raved about the apartment and how nice it was. Markus was superb with communications before checking in and was mega helpful to the kids while they were there. Perfect apartment for a trip to the numerous ski slopes nearby. And only a few minute drive from the lovely town of Altenmarkt with all it has to offer

EVERYTHING'S GREAT 🔝 💪 We (2 families) had a very nice few days in the tastefully furnished apartment. There is enough space for 4 adults and 5 children. The two separate sleeping areas with their own bathrooms are particularly pleasant. In the kitchen you will find everything so far - we didn't miss anything. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. AND Martin himself is a great host who answered all questions in advance and gave us tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was very nice and functional. Some equipment could be missing in the kitchen, for example. More than 4 forks. But it was small things. Everything else was great.

My girlfriend and I booked Karl-Heinz's place for 3 nights. From booking to leaving the accommodation, everything worked out smoothly and we were very impressed with the accommodation, which is why I decided to write this review. Karl-Heinz was a very nice and accommodating host who values sustainability. In addition, the place was super clean, modern and we could go directly from the place on skis to the next T-lift, which took us to Snow Space Salzburg. All in all, a clean and beautiful accommodation with a great location. We will be happy to come back! Mario

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Tolle Wohnung👍 Prima ausgestattet, viel Platz und eine tolle Lage.

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Julia für ein verlängertes Wochenende für 7 Personen gebucht. Julia war super nett und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung hatte mehr als ausreichend Platz für uns alle und einen tollen Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Nina sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und äußerst sauber. Insbesondere die tolle Ausstattung der Küche hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine große Familie oder eine Freundesgruppe. Die Anbindung an den Skibus war ideal. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

The place was by far one of the best place we have been in last fee years. It’s Unterberg near Dorfgastein, is a peaceful, clean, adorable little village surrounded by evergreen mountains with snow capped peaks. The whole Gastein valley area is a must visit when you are in vicinity of Salzburg or Hallstatt. Its wonderful. Then comes the apartment. Its beautiful, compact and perfect address for a family stay. Finally the host David, is a wonderful person. He is always responsive, respectful and helpful. Overall this place is definitely recommended. We would love to come back again.

Wonderful location even in summer. Not close to any grocery store but there are enough stores at the base of the mountain. Very clean and has all that you want in a kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony and a lot of light coming in from the windows. Separate WC from the bath is also a plus point.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in dieser Wohnung. Ein Parkplatz vor der Tür, ein Fahrstuhl im Haus, ein super Ausblick und eine ruhige Lage. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Praktisch ist auch die Bushaltestelle fasst vor der Haustür.

Great stay in Flachau at Maxs place. Walking distance to ski chair lift. Really well set up for big groups for cooking and also storing ski gear. Late check out also given.
