The apartment is situated in a very quiet area, easy to move around without a car - ideal for train travellers. Free parking on the premises is also available. There is no a/c required, since we're at 1000 m altitude. The temp is pleasant in summer, and there is a large heater in winter. In summer, keep the balcony door open at night, and the blinds (half) down during the day.

The approx. 140 m2, cozy apartment is located in a typical, traditional Gasteiner Haus, built in 1929. From the apartment you can look out on the sensational backdrop of Bad Gastein, Gamskarkogl and the Gasteinertal. It is close to the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade and is a great starting point for HIKES, thermal baths, GOLFING, HORSEBACK RIDING and SCHI excursions. It is about 10 minutes walk from the waterfall and center. My family loves this place of specialness.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The "Lili" apartment is located in Mühlbach am Höckönig, Austria, halfway between Salzburg and Zell am See. Here you can relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. The neighborhood is a paradise for skiers in winter and hikers in summer. The apartment sleeps 4 people, so it is ideal for families (2 adults+2 children). However, the space may be limited for 4 adults, please take this into account when booking!
