We are located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of St. Andrews. This is not just a 3BR/2BA house for rent it was the family home of the current owners . We finished a complete renovation in 2015, and it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.

Our cute little cottage is a home away from home. It offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other has a full bed and a twin bed. It has all the amenities just like being at home. A fully stocked kitchen with anything you need to cook your days catch. There is also a gas grill for anytime use. We are just a block from the bay and less than a mile from the city boat ramp. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Panama Breeze is good for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. The condominium association welcomes guests ages 23 and older as this is a family oriented complex. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS AGE REQUIREMENT! Sunswept is a quiet, relaxing environment. It is more accomodating to families and those going for a restful and relaxing time to enjoy the beach. Partying and loud behaviors are not acceptable in this complex!
