Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in St. Augustine Beach

Great stay at Geni & Chris's place. Quiet neighborhood and building. Walkable to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Comfy bed and pillows. The only suggestion I have is that they put curtains in the bedroom, the sun comes in bright and early, and if you're light sleepers like we are, it is impossible to sleep past 6am in the room. That's purely personal preference though, and we still throughly enjoyed our stay.

Victoria's place was a great find. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to historic downtown. The tandem bike was a nice surprise (although my husband and I weren't brave enough to try it). The apartment was spotless. Highly recommend.

Exactly what we needed. Quiet, comfortable and so close to the ocean.

We have stayed in 2 LaTorre Fratelli properties now and both were fantastic. This one was located in historic downtown and walking distance to everything. Loved the bathroom sink idea and I’m stealing the idea for own remodel. Kali, Dru, & Raman are awesome hosts. Their properties are very nice and they’re quick to respond. We will stay at one of their NJ properties next as we love visiting the city. Highly recommend!

Stan’s apartment was so comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Towels and bedding were very clean and soft. The whole place was super clean. Just one block from the beach and right by coffee shops, bars and food. An easy walk or drive to everything.

Geraldina’s airbnb was very clean and comfortable! Check in was a breeze and she was very responsive. The Airbnb was an easy uber ride across the bridge and short trip to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best airbnb stays I’ve had in a long time! Everything was so well organized and I love how kid friendly it was! Plus the gift basket was such a sweet touch. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in St. Augustine!

Had a great time in this beautiful home! Many restaurants, activities, sights to see close by! The only things that would make this home absolutely perfect would be on site pool and gym. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Home decor definitely elevated the stay! Would stay here again

It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that’s as-advertised. Jason’s place was nothing least of convenient and cost-friendly. It’s clean, stocked, and really just well taken care of. We were little as 3 minutes from the beginning of downtown and the tourist attractions. The beach is about 15-20 minutes ride and plenty of neighborhood friendly grocery stores to choose from. Now, there are lizards around the property but don’t be alarm as they are very harmless (it’s Florida). The water pressure from the shower was also underwhelming but we ran into this same problem in other parts of Florida. Nevertheless, we’ve definitely found our home for our next visits to St. Augustine. I don’t see us staying anywhere else!

This is our second stay here and we just love this place! The location is peaceful and right on the water. The new dock is very nice and the fish seem to bite good at this location. The house is very clean, well laid out and super cozy. The beds sleep comfortably and the linens are nice and soft. We love the open layout for the kitchen and living room, the spacious walk in showers and the decor is well put together. Everything you need as far as cooking goes and we love that it’s less than five minutes from the beach access. We will be back and I can’t wait to visit this location for our soon to be third time staying here. I’d make it a permanent residence for my husband and I, if I could. We love it and thank you for having us!

I had a wonderful vacation at Dominick's property with my son. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated with tasteful decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The home is situated on a quiet street, just across from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee spots. Dominick was very responsive to any questions I had, and I also had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I’m already looking forward to staying here again next year!

A perfect spot for our family vacation! We loved the house, the pool area, and the proximity to the beach and St Augustine’s downtown.

Easy self check-in, proactive host. Only a short drive to a public beach with free parking. Great location with plenty of restaurants in the area. The space was perfect for our group of 5 but could easily host more. Loved our stay!

Sally’s place was as advertised. She had the place stocked with beach gear, towels, and beach chairs. She gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The house was clean and felt very spacious. We were able to walk to the beach very easily to avoid having to park the car.

The Salty Seashell was the perfect home base for our St. Augustine adventures with its proximity to so many attractions and restaurants. After busy days exploring downtown St. Augustine or Anastasia State Park we loved unwinding at the pool. The home is beautifully furnished and is in a quiet neighborhood which was nice to return to after the hustle and bustle of the day. Stephenie is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. We would highly recommend the Salty Seashell for your St. Augustine getaway as well.

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

Jamie’s place was everything we hope for and more. With the amazing view and direct access to the beach the location was perfect. The area is very peaceful yet walkable and welcoming. The place is spacious and pristine clean. Finally Jamie is an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Jamie’s place any time and any day.

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

This place was just what we needed. Sitting on the balcony was great. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded.

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

Cindy is rated super host. It's no wonder; she's easily accessible, responsive and delightful. The unit itself? 5 out of 5. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Great proximity to pools AND beach. My sisters and I enjoyed everything needed for a week-long stress free/care free vacation. We so enjoyed meals out on the balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Would we go back?
