Music on Marilyn is an absolute amazing place. Rachel is a great host. The decor of the place is awesome with all the different posters from the amphitheater. (which is literally right across the street ). We will be back for sure.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. Very easy to find for us and for Ubers. I thought there were three beds in the lower bedroom, but there were two. Still had so much room.

We were so excited for a quick 24 hour trip to St Augustine for a Girls 24 Hour trip! Location was perfectly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to anything to do local wise! The home comfortably held us 5 Women with plenty of space. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming in to town & we already talked about a longer Girls Weekend in the future! Thank you for the great communication & flexibility when we got into town early. Very satisfied!

This home is amazing! Great for big families or groups of friends. Easy walk to the beach and walkable to a few restaurants and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Easily a 5 star experience! House is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful house, beautiful views, very close to the pier and great food spots. The host is very friendly, very quick to respond and is helpful when questioned. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this place again ! 10/10

If we ever come back to St Augustine, we can only hope Seth’s place is available. It felt like a wonderful retreat, so relaxing. Lots of amenities - games, pool and beach toys. We loved going for bike rides and trips to the beach. Quick walk to see the sun rise. The pool was so nice. We took advantage of the fire pit and grill, used the outdoor shower after the beach. We enjoys the hammocks and peaceful sun room. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for a mid-May trip to St. Augustine. We had 3 couples and 1 toddler and it was the perfect amount of room. We are already talking about when we can return! The way the house is set up is very conducive to having a young toddler! Only one floor, an outdoor shower connected to the bathroom for after a beach trip, and a heated pool in the backyard to continue outdoor time while the baby has a midday nap. While there are no tubs, we had no problem getting him clean in the shower. There are 2 pack n plays, so we stacked both liners on top of one another to act as a thicker mattress. And we just made sure to keep the door to the pool locked while he was awake. We loved the crayons and toy house too. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of beach chairs and umbrellas the house came with! There were enough for the 6 of us, and a wagon to pull everything with. If you have a lot to bring to the beach, drive to Crescent vs. using the walking path w/ lots of stairs.

Loved the location of the house. There was so much to do nearby, but it was very peaceful. it was close to a beautiful beach. The rooms were nice and the pool space was great. We definitely ended up doing quite a bit of laundry because we kept running out of towels and there were a lot of empty spice containers in the cabinet when we arrived, so we made a trip to the store to replace some of those. Overall, it was a beautiful house and a great location. We were sad to leave!

If you are looking for a place to stay with character and charm in the middle of all historic St. Augustine offers, this is the place! We walked the entire historic area, Flagler College, museums, and the marina. We never used our car after we arrived and it was tucked away behind the house in the secure private driveway. I made an error when I booked the unit and didn’t discover it for a few days but when I shared my mistake with Shannon she exceeded expectations and made it right for us. What a bonus to know you are doing business with someone who has integrity and a kind heart. Thank you again Shannon!

We had an incredible experience at this delightful getaway. The amenities were excellent making our stay comfortable and convenient. Everything from the cozy rooms to the relaxing atmosphere was just perfect!

Charles and Fayes places was perfect in every way. Specious apartment and the porch was a perfect place to sit out on after a busy day. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit St. Augustine.

Great location and place was perfect for us two and our doodles! Found a great off leash fenced dog park nearby too! Private surroundings and next to awesome Bronx pizza Italian dinner spot right next door!! Huyen was super awesome and responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our trip to Florida and David was so nice and his house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, it provides us easy access to the beach and shopping areas. Thanks again David

My family and I had a great stay at this condo while exploring the Saint Augustine Area and enjoyed the beach and local restaurants all within walking distance. Great location and amenities!
