Great place to stay with family. Good peaceful location with all the amenities nearby. They have a caretaker who makes great food and the host is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Hi we had the pleasure to stay at sir's property in srinagar. Well maintained property with very friendly and helpful hosts. Though due to some reasons the help was not available but Sir helped in ensuring the place was clean during our stay. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

Staying at Sheerazi Homestay was a truly wonderful experience, in fact the best experience in our entire Kashmir trip. We stayed there for 4 nights (6th - 9th April) with elderly parents. The host were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was good, a little away from main city but very quite and peaceful, overlooking apple orchard, exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed exploring the local area thanks to their helpful recommendations. Shalimar bagh was just 5 mins from here. The best part of the homestay is Asif Bhai, who prepare delicious homemade meals and take care of every little requirement of ours. Sabir bhai manages the homestay really well and you can ask for any help from him. We felt like part of the family, and it was such a contrast to the impersonal atmosphere of hotels. We would highly recommend Sheerazi Homestay to all looking for a stay in Kashmir

Warm, welcoming and verg comfortable. Its a beautiful location with wonderful views. Quiet. Just what we were looking for. We did a lot of site-seeing, and shangrff was just wonderful to return to and unwind. Lovely sunset views, mornkng views of snow clad mountains. Very warm and hispitable caretakers and the manager yasmin was alwsys avaialble for any information.

We had a wonderful stay at Resort Reshi Pora Srinagar. The Owner Tahir and Master Chef Amir were courteous and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas were spotless. Amir looked for us from bed tea to dinner and we all felt at home. The property is conveniently located near Air port Srinagar. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend (Resort Reshi Pora Srinagar) to others.

If you want peace and quiet but to also be within walking distance of virtually EVERYTHING, stay at the Khayabaan! Beautiful family and amazing staff made sure I was comfortable and fulfilled all of my requests… they went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the atmosphere is calming & serene… I slept well and recovered from my jet lag very quickly. If you want to cook your own food, they supply you with whatever cookware/utensils you need, and you can find groceries (and everything else) just footsteps away. The location is prime for shopping. A 28 minute walk/8 minute drive will get you to Lal Chowk, where you can eat, shop and take a stroll along the Jhelum river. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning! It was a beautiful experience. I'd always wanted to visit Kashmir to experience its breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and delicious food. I was particularly eager to see and learn the traditional Kashmiri dance. All my wishes were fulfilled. My host parents were with me the entire time, making me feel like I was at home with my own family. They treated me like one of their own and even invited me to their relative's wedding, which was an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in their culture. I'm overjoyed and fulfilled. If I ever come to Kashmir again, I'd definitely choose to stay with them.

Great place to stay at srinagar, its at a convenient location at the centre and short drive away from dal lake and tulip garden. The host Rafi was really friendly and accomodative of all our needs. Highly recommended to stay here!

The room was clean. The care taker was responsive. Even the owner is friendly. Bathroom and kitchen was cleaned. I like it.

We stayed at The Khayabaan for 5 days and it has been a wonderful experience. We were given a very warm welcome by the host Basharat ji both metaphorically and literally. Basharat ji and Rahul welcomed us with some warm kahwa(this was awesome) and snacks. Basharat ji made sure to stay in touch during our entire stay and made sure to give us lots of local recommendations. Rahul was simply outstanding, I was travelling with parents and kids and opted to eat at home and he made sure no one regretted that decision. On our request, he cooked some amazing food each night and that made our stay all the more comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Basharat ji. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay and The finest host ever met.The property is very close to Srinagar Airport.Walkable distance to all necessary amenities.The most important part is The Great host.

Prof. Manan was an excellent host and went out of his way to help us. We stayed with my parents for 4 days on the property. The ammonites were as mentioned on the website. A caretaker, Mr. Firdous, was always available over a call. It was a home away from home. We could interact with Manan's mother and son, a toddler who treats us as a family. He was there to see us off at 4.00 am when we vacated and was leaving for the airport. We would love to come back and stay at this property again.
