We really enjoyed the warm hospitality. The location and the place instill peace and tranquility. Every request was answered efficiently. Shafi, the owner of the place and the service staff, did everything to make the stay pleasant. Invica Tour& Travel organized wonderful tours for us. We will definitely return to this Young Alzira Houseboat.

boathouse is very good, ad price is also reasonable at peak season and hoat is awesome, they serve my family till 1:00 AM Midnight without any tiredness and at next morning arrange tea and warm milk for baby. 5 out of 5

We had a truly wonderful time at ‘Sonny’s’ (Fiderous) houseboat. We only booked 3 days but ended up staying 3 weeks! We went hiking in the mountains and went on a river boat camping trip. Both amazing! All meals can be provided by the family and anything else you need, Sonny will try his best to get for you. WiFi is excellent. Very peaceful spot and chilled/relaxing vibe. The room is perfect for couples, with your own bathroom. A boat to the mainland is available at any time. Best houseboat in Dal lake!

I was staying at The Victoria Garden with my family, so we would like to give full credits to him and his family for making us feel comfortable and treating us like own family. Shabir is a SUPERB host! He was considerate and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable., Check-in instructions were detailed and his responses quick. Shabir was respectful of our privacy yet always available when needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The Houseboat itself was pristine and beautifully decorated with local handicrafts. Shabir has done an incredible job preserving its character and authenticity while offering modern conveniences. It has everything you’d need, from comfortable beds, lounging chairs, hot shower/bath, toiletries, utensils & extra blankets. The dining set is a work of art, carved in walnut wood. The views of the mountains, the lake left us in awe, especially at sunrise and sunset. We were surrounded with water lilies. The scenic serenity was perfect. We loved our stay here & recommend it very highly to everyone! Thanks for such a lovely stay Shabir, we look forward to seeing you again.

Awasome stay, I'll never forget this stay, more than expectation, specially the care taker was too good promptly responding. they did not charge us for Shikara while picking and droping.

Wonderful houseboat with homely atmosphere.....all the family members were very caring and concerned about the needs of the guest....

This is one great place to stay in Srinagar. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful host. Caretaker Qasim is a very helpful and nice person. For the traveler's sake, I'm putting the exact cost of this stay place. Basic stay cost 1000/couple, the room heating charge and food charge is 2000/couple. The total cost of the stay is 3000/couple. You can't go out for food since it's a boat house. the food was really nice during the stay. So when you are planning for a stay keep the actual cost in mind and it's worth for your stay.

This houseboat is one of a kind. We were looking for a different and modern looking houseboat and we found one. It’s also away from dal lake’s commercial hustle and bustle which makes it a perfect. The boat is well equipped with all modern amenities. View from the boat is also serene . We loved it here, also Suhail is a great host. We strongly recommend this place .

Adil's houseboat was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in....it was like a 5* hotel! From the moment I arrived to the time I left, Adil and his father were the perfect hosts, helping with arranging boat trips and ensuring that I paid fair, not overinflated prices. The room was superb, with a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. In fact the whole place was spotlessly clean. I had dinner the one night and it was delicious, probably the best curry I have had in my 3 weeks in India. I am an Airbnb host myself and it is a travesty that a recent guest left Adil a 3* review. I can assure you that this review says more about the guest than it does about Adils houseboat - it is worthy of 5*'s all the way. If I could give more than 5* I would, it is such a wonderful place. I will never forget sitting on the deck watching life on the lake pass quietly by.

Probably the best houseboat in Srinagar!

We have booked Najir Ji's place for our last day but due to Jammu Srinagar highway landslide we need to cancel our return plan and reschedule after 3 days, at that time the boat was full but as we expressed to extend our stay ,Najir ji and his son arranged everything very responsibly to ensure that we need not face any issue.His place is cozy, neat and peaceful and food was homely and outstanding .We found it the most safe and serene place in Srinagar,I would recommend everyone to spend all days in Srinagar in this place to enjoy the peaceful sight of Dal lake.I wish Najir Ji to flurish in his business.

don't feel afraid to book this property ! Shabir is a treat as a host, extremely accomodating( we were served delicious breakfast on demand at 7 am because we had to leave srinagar early). we even got dinner delivered to us, at the houseboat. at night you feel peace, away from the noisy boulevard road and experience a very good sunrise in the morning. all in all a great host, a very cozy property and a very pleasant stay. thankyou Shabir !

Host is very friendly and responsive. Location is very peaceful and serene. Breakfast provided was very good and tasted authentic. Room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. Sit-out area is very peaceful with wonderful Dal Lake in the front. Would definitely consider this place If I visit Srinagar again.

Nazir is a nice, friendly host. He was responsive and ready to transfer us from his property to the Ghat whenever we asked. He also gave us a ride to the Ghat at 5:30 a.m. while we were checking out. His property is clean and well-maintained. Overall, a good experience. Thank you!
