It is a lived in home at the times Airbnb guests are not visiting. The neighborhood pleasant, quiet and safe. A separate small family apartment is attached to the Airbnb, similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please respect my home and neighborhood. No loud partying or loud music.
