Vacation rentals with a pool in Spring Valley

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

We had the BEST time staying here for our work “girls night”. The house was beautiful. Very clean with fun outdoor activities and a movie theater! Would love to come back and stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Miguel’s Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the pool – it was sparkling clean and well-maintained. Renting this house has made me a hero in my family. We had a last minute family event and I needed a space to host 7 of us flying in and space to entertain some extended family for a few hours. This house has so much charm. It’s spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Teens could watch tv, kids could swim and plenty of room to order in meals and just spend time with one another. The last night 4 of us relaxed in the hot tub after a long day. Everything is clean, comfortable and absolutely charming. The host is excellent with communication and great at explaining. I would definitely stay here again. The views from the main living spaces are beautiful. I use air bnb often and this home exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! From start to finish, Mark and his cleaning crew were incredibly professional and responsive—even answering questions late at night without hesitation. The cleaning crew went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the entire home was spotless upon arrival. Honestly, the house looks even better in person than in the photos. It’s beautifully maintained and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we didn’t experience any noise at all during our stay—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Mark provides clear, detailed house rules that are easy to follow. I highly recommend reading them carefully—they’re straightforward and truly help ensure you’ll have a smooth, enjoyable experience. Great place if you are looking for a beach setting. Clean linens and towels, clean room. Kitchen has nice plates, glasses, utensils, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnbs and this was the cleanest! What a lovely stay. The view is spectacular as well.

When we walked in, we instantly knew this was going to be a great weekend getaway. The location is fantastic and the views from the room are stunning. Just steps away from the beach, we'd definitely come here again. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plenty of things to do. Highly recommend this spot for couples, solo travelers, or friends looking for an escape without needing to drive everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. We loved this apartment- it was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was even bigger than the photos make it seem. Gorgeous decor and beautifully maintained/cleaned. Lots of extras/amenities like kitchen items, toiletries, beach stuff, and linens. The host’s communication was very hospitable and helpful! Location and view is incredible - right on the beach and walkable to so many cute cafes, grocery stores and bars. Comes with a parking spot too, and pool and hot tub access! Would definitely book again!

I booked this place last minute literally after checking into a nearby hotel that was subpar at best and not as advertised. First time in Point Loma. Reason for visit was seeing my kids who live in Cali and Hawaii. So we met halfway as I am from the east coast. The ease of the entire experience is unmatched. The communication with the host was great and the house was amazing. Perfectly appointed. They thought of literally everything. And it was spotless and pristine. This is a unique home and experience. The most comfortable and beautiful and up to date everything is this house. I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect. There are stairs to the lower bedrooms and laundry and pool area. But I’m in shape and they didn’t scare me. The neighbors are super friendly. And the parking lot as adequate. The view is knockout insanely beautiful. The beds are comfy the pillows and linens are just like at home. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything. And I can’t think of a negative
