Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Spring Valley

This is the first time of this year we stayed at Shawn's house. Yes! We basically stay at Shawn's house 3 to 4 times per year, his house is in a very good location, few minutes drive to everything, nice yard for dogs, clean and comfortable living space. There's nothing we can complain about. We've booked another trip and can't wait to go there again.

Loved how Salvacion’s place was so wonderfully decorated! everything was really nice and I loved how comfortable everything was. Would definitely book again :-)

The hosts are great and the house was perfect. A special recognition of the perfect white towel.

Dan and Britt’s place was amazing! Very well decorated, clean, and Britt was super fast about getting back to me on a question I had! The only thing is that this is not a super quiet spot, but that is no fault of the hosts, that is what you get for being in the city, and they did have very large dividers in the backyard so even though you could hear your neighbors, you could not see them. Overall a great deal for the price, would definitely stay again!

Brent’s place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again! It’s in a great location close to lots of restaurants in South Park and my favorite coffee shop Santos coffee :) Their home was beautiful inside and out with a great yard space for the doggies!

Beautiful Home! My kids loved the Backyard along with all the games. My Man loved the Condiments & Kitchen He said You guys had the right equipments I loved the jacuzzi.

I had a great time at this AirBnB. very clean, easy parking, easy access, spacious living room, and has all amenities.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Hendrixn's home was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were stepping onto a classic Hollywood film set — the house had this amazing mid-century charm that made us feel like we were living in the 1960s Hollywood hills. Every corner of the home was thoughtfully designed and beautifully crafted. The backyard was easily the highlight. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and made our evenings feel like a true retreat. The spacious driveway was also a great plus, especially for our larger group. But what really made the experience special was Hendrixn himself. We ran into some unexpected booking issues with Airbnb, and he went above and beyond to help us work through it. He stayed in constant communication and truly fought to make sure we got the chance to stay there. Yo

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

This was heaven on Earth! I will remember this stay for the rest of my life. The hosts are so generous, welcoming, and easy-going. We felt relaxed and free throughout our entire stay. They remembered my bday and hung a birthday banner in the living room! We brought our dog and they were SO chill about letting our sweet old doggy explore the grounds off leash and even accompany us up to the pool at the house! We had our 1.5yr old with us and made epic joyful memories as a family just enjoying the grounds for the weekend. This was the first time our daughter had ever seen a goat, a sheep, an alpaca, bunnies, or chickens in real life. Watching our toddler and our dog explore the animals side by side was my favorite thing I’ve experienced in life so far! It was so special watching my child soak it in, I can’t describe it. My family and I LOVE the Tipsy Goat Ranch and the amazing hosts. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We loved our stay, Bruce was so friendly and very accommodating. We had quite a large group stay there, 2 of my kiddos included- Bruce had a little bucket of toys to play with for them which was such a nice surprise. The house was clean and everything in working order. While we were there, most of our time was spent outside in the beautiful backyard where there was such a great vibe! We’d for sure stay here again next time we’re in San Diego!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. The place was clean and well-kept. The 5 rooms had comfortable beds and individual A/C units, adding to the comfort. The backyard was great for hosting. The only minor criticism was the lack of instructions for the fire pit. I managed to turn it on successfully; it produced a strong fire, perfect for cozy nights. There was adequate seating for everyone. Inside, the house felt clean, including the bathrooms. The living room had a large couch and the dining area had a large table, accommodating our group's size. A small improvement would be to hang the towels in the bathrooms to avoid a scavenger hunt. The wifi was down upon arrival and never regained function despite troubleshooting, but my cellular service (T-mobile) was sufficient. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay. I didn’t receive dining recommendations, but it was easy to find places to eat.

Our stay was peaceful and quiet. Nice neighborhood. I would stay there again.

When I was stressing out on a place to relocate with the little amount of prorate my landlords provided while undergoing a demolition, Jaqueline helped me out knowing I was a student and struggling with finding housing. She worked with our budget allowed us to reconnect with friends and invite them over a couple times. When I tell you she is the sweetest soul ever and the casita is so warm and cozy. When I tell you I am buying the mattress and the duvet cover. The outside was so clean and she included everything even sunscreen. I will never forget her kindness. Even though I live 13 minutes from her I will be having family from out of state stay with her and even myself again for a little staycation. This is the most peaceful , rejuvenating and reconnecting 10 day trip I have had in a long time. Who would’ve know this hidden gym was right next door to me. Thank you Jaqueline ❤️

We came to San Diego to celebrate my nieces 30th birthday and my daughter’s 26th birthday! My nieces favorite color is pink and when this home popped up in the app we knew it was the one we had to get! Everything was pink!! We chose this house just because it was pink and reminded us of her! Guess what she LOVED it!! Besides the pink it was perfect for all of us! There was 8 of us and we like to all have our own spaces and this home gave us this!! If we ever go back to San Diego we definitely will come back to Chris’ place!! Also Chris was always available for questions and if we needed anything. He answered quickly!!

Great place! Loved the dedicated off-street parking. I stayed with pet and this is a very spacious place. It is well stocked with anything you could need, books, games. Felt very safe. Would book again.

We had a great stay! The place was easy to find, and Janet’s clear instructions made getting there and checking in a breeze. The little welcome touches like cookies and thoughtful signs added a warm, personal touch that we really appreciated. The AC and fans kept the space comfortable, and private parking was definitely a plus. The kitchen was quaint, neat, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The shower had good pressure and worked perfectly. Overall, a cozy, well-kept spot with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will definitely come back here. Thank you Janet!
