House vacation rentals in Spring Hill

We had a great day at Jim’s place. It had all kinds of nice amenities to make us feel at home. Had a nice visit with Jim and he gave us many recommendations and ideas about things to do in the area. I can highly recommend staying here as I hope to come back.

SUPERIOR accommodations! I give it my HIGHEST rating - It deserves 10 stars!!! My family will remember this vacation forever! It is even more beautiful than the photos portray and we felt so pampered during our stay. What a blessing to have had the opportunity to stay in such a gorgeous place! The hosts were superb and we just loved everything about this place.

We had the best time! We spent a single day and night there but I have to say how PERFECT everything was. There were a lot of fun things to do and it literally was the perfect place for us. They were always answering quickly and made us feel like at home. We definitely hope to go back! The house itself is spotless and it has everything you might need, if I could give it a 100 I would 🩵

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

We stayed at Nick & Taylor’s for six days and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. I loved that there is a washer and dryer upstairs. We have always stayed in a hotel when visiting our family but from now on we will gladly stay here if available.

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

This was our second stay at Pam’s place, everything was great! Love the outdoor space and the pool is always a hit and the reason we came back! We grilled out, had a fire and enjoyed some much needed family time! Thanks again for all the little touches your home has to offer!

Brand new house, great deck off the back that’s high off the ground and in the trees. Would love to stay here again.

My stay was truly exceptional. The space was remarkably clean and well-maintained, offering a high level of comfort that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Communication with the host was seamless and timely, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The location was also a major plus—conveniently close to local stores, restaurants, and other amenities, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. What stood out most was the warm, home-like atmosphere of the property. It was thoughtfully furnished and had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made it feel like more than just a place to stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place with excellent hospitality. I would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at allot of Airbnb places and Vicki’s is the most like home with extras, from pour over coffee to an amazing high definition projector. The house is very well stocked for cooking. Pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, BBQ. Coffee- Keurig, pour over, electric tea kettle, and a brother that heats and cools your cream. The towels are amazing as well as the beds ( memory foam). At night we watched firefly’s from the back porch while we enjoyed the peaceful quietness of this amazing place. Vicki was always very responsive and there is a handy book full of places to go and things to do. If you go to the farmers market in Franklin I suggest you go early as this is a very busy place, but well worth it. If you like oatmeal I suggest the Scottish oatmeal from one of the vendors. The fresh eggs from next door are awesome. If you are looking for busy night life then you should look somewhere else, if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, gorgeous house then this house is for you.

We had a great time here! The place was clean and open. We ended up driving downtown but it is in walking distance, just a big hill. Lots of cute shops and food within minutes of the home. Home was well stocked and had everything we could need. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area! Cute get away.

This property is perfect for a group of 12. Very roomy and plenty of bathrooms. We had 3 different families and each had a full bathroom plus there was a 1/2 bath. The host were very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend. We will keep this place in mind for future trips to visit our family in this area.

We had a wonderful time! four adults staying two being elderly and having an infant along. the neighborhood was ideal for morning strolls. It was a beautiful home close to local shopping and dining.

This was our 2nd stay at Alyssa’s place and we chose the studio this time. Just as described, quiet, clean, and comfortable!

You know how in Harry Potter, the room of requirement provided every need that students could possibly need? Well Fran & Fi’s cottage was that for us. A group of friends met up for a long weekend and every time we asked ourselves “hmm I wonder if this place has an extension cord or dishwasher pods or extra towels” it only took a quick search to find what we needed. So The Room of Requirement quickly became the term of the weekend. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly what we needed to spread out and chat and quilt for a few days. It’s located on a quiet street but also only minutes from a grocery store and restaurant/shops. The beds were very comfortable too! We’ll be staying here again and are already looking forward to it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place! Beautiful home with just about everything you need, she really went into the details of what you might need during your stay. The area is interesting and a little noisy, but Amy makes that known beforehand and even has sound machines to help! The home itself is so cozy and the beds were VERY comfortable! Amy was responsive and overall a great host. Thanks again!

Paul & Veronica was the nicest couple I’ve ever met! While traveling with my 6 months old an needing a safe place to stay at 11 at night. They were not only willing to let me stay at a last minute notice they even helped me bring my 6 month old in an my bags!! If your a mom traveling with a child or any children threw this area I highly recommend there home. They even asked if I needed anything! Paul even brought me a baby bottle brush an Veronica had a travel crib for me to use! They had fruit, eggs, candy an beverages! The bathroom had everything you would have at your own home!! This is a great place for pretty much anyone! Grateful I stopped at this home an you will be to is you choose them!

The place was great and very close to everything. We were there for a wedding and it was so close to the venue.

We where in town for a wedding and needed a place close to the venue. it was perfect and 15 min away. The place was in such a beautiful location and so very peaceful. We had our two small children with us the to our surprise there was two baskets of toys a bocks. They kept put kids entertained even tho we brought our own they only played with the ones there! Also we where very pleased with the child friendly plates, bowls, and cups. these where small things but they made our visit that much easier. the place was very clean and I highly recommend if you have children as well!

My husband and I had a great time at The Cottage! It was better than we anticipated and Emily was great about checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and it was very clean and peaceful! We will be back!
