Very quietly located house in idyllic surroundings on a 2400 square meter property, completely fenced. Directly on the Spree and only 100 meters from the Spreeradweg , canoe available. Ideal for cyclists, anglers and nature lovers. Nearest supermarket 8 km Restaurants 3 km away. 10 km to Spremberg, 25 km to Cottbus. Unfortunately, Airbnb does not allow you to indicate the price of 10€ per dog per night. Please settle this for yourself, and I'll send a payment request.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

In the garden you can listen to the voices of the birds and in the garden pond you can watch the fish. Lake Dreiweibern (2 km) is within walking distance. The bike paths in the area are very well developed and invite you to get to know Lusatia with many other lakes.
