Modern home with a completely separate walk-out basement suite. We can accommodate 4 people, and a 5th in a single sized cot, some pets welcome for a fee. National Park pass provided, but must be requested & returned prior to check-out. The suite is a fully stocked modern retreat, that is a short three minute walk through the nature reserve to the beautiful Bow River. Only a 10 minute drive to Canmore, 30 minute drive to Banff, and close to Kananaskis Country. DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO.26/24.

The oversized spa inspired ensuites has a vessel sink, polished concrete, and relaxing soaker tub and separate multi jet massage rain shower.

An outdoor area features two gas BBQ grills, one covered, against a wooden backdrop. A circular table with a glass top is accompanied by four chairs, creating a space for outdoor dining and socializing. Soft ambient lighting enhances the evening atmosphere.

Set in the mountains this suite is a prime location where all that Canmore has to offer is just a walking distance away. You will be provided with Netflix TV and free internet. A vehicle can park in an underground heated reserved lot. Banff is just located 20 km away. There is a public bus that travels every hour from Canmore to Banff and another tour bus from Banff to famous attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Heather’s beautiful home! It was the perfect base for our 3 day visit to the Canmore/Banff area. It is in a quiet, residential area but only 10 minutes to hiking trails, shops and restaurants in Canmore and 30-60 minutes to Banff with a large selection of great trails. The Banff park pass provided was very handy! The home is well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy for a couple of meals in and when we had to spend most of one day inside due to the rain. The bed and linens are very comfortable and the breakfast supplies and snacks were ample and greatly appreciated. Heather was very friendly and always super responsive. We highly recommend this lovely home and would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to be back in this lovely area.

Chrissy is a great host & artist and her place itself is a peice of art with creativity in every corner. The house is beautiful and we had a comfortable stay with easy access to everything that we needed. the house is at the center of Canmore and just 30 mins away from the town of Banff. We would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Banff.

My husband and I had a great stay here! Compared to other AirBnB experiences, this had the most responsive communication, clear instructions, and well stocked room. We had everything we needed, and Brandy and Kevin go the extra mile with some personal touches to make their guests feel welcome. This was a special trip for us, and having such a nice place to stay made it all the more memorable! I enjoyed being in a quieter location away from crowds that was still in a beautiful area. Could not recommend it more!
