Located just off Whyte Ave, there are restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bars and trendy shops all within walking distance. Discover nearby walking and biking trails in Edmonton's river valley (North America's largest stretch of urban parkland) only two blocks away with access through Mill Creek Ravine. This property is located ten minutes from the University of Alberta Hospital, Cross Cancer and Downtown. The safety of our guests is our number one priority. This suite has a private entrance, a separate furnace, independent air filtration and air supply systems. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices have also been put in place for your safety. This bright and cozy two bedroom plus attic loft has two queen size beds, and four single loft beds for the kids. Please note that this is a main floor residence only. There is a separated, self contained, legal basement suite below and the owners live onsite.
