Cozy Eco Cabin - Off Grid - Connected to Nature

Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter. Fun fact: A full length feature film was recently filmed here!

Only 15 minutes from Calgary, 45 minutes to Banff. Decor of the unit is trendy and situated on the main floor so NO stairs. Parking is located at the side of our residence and you have access to the front patio for those warm evenings in the summer. Our family is fun and friendly.

Our guest suite is located in Evanston, a peaceful community in NorthWest outskirt of Calgary. It is about 15 min drive from the airport. The house is on the way from the YYC airport to Banff and Canmore which are 80 min and 60 min drive. The suite includes 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, 1 full bathroom and laundry.
