Magical 1-bed cottage set by the edge of a tranquil moat in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian rectory. Private garden and parking. TV, wifi, wood burning stove, electric oven, hob and microwave. Around half an hour from the North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest and Kings' Lynn. Just 40 minutes from the ancient cathedral city of Norwich. Popular and friendly village pub with restaurant, 10 minutes walk away. The quaint market town of Swaffham and its wonderful forest walks just 15 minutes drive.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Relax at Heron cottage in Norfolks most sought after village surrounded by beautiful countryside. Only a few hundred yards walk to a fabulous village tea room and a great country pub both serving good food. Theres a medieval castle, a 13th Century monastery and you’re literally within touching distance of the historical Bailey Gate. It’s a short drive to Sandringham and the Norfolk coast but there’s also lovely walks right on your doorstep.
