Very nice and clean place, better than the photos. It is located on the beach, in a very quiet area that is about 10 minutes from the city of Volos with a very good road. Manos is a great host, and eager to help.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful - I felt like I was living in the Mamma Mia house! Everything we needed was there, and to our surprise, our host Dominique even left a little surprise for us in the fridge. Maria gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything in detail. We will definitely come back! I can only recommend this place.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. We had a lovely 10 day stay in Silje’s beautiful traditional Greek house, located in the heart of the old town and port. We loved looking after Leo the cat who is part of the package, he’s super affectionate and loves a stoke! The garden terrace is definitely a highlight to enjoy early evenings. The house is Silie’s home so has everything you will need. To note, the house is over 3 floors so may not be ideal for those less mobile and there’s quite a bit of watering to do but, that’s no surprise as all made clear when booking - Silje loves a plant! All that said, we had a fantastic time and we would highly recommend. Lastly, Nana also deserves a shout out who is Silje’s friend who helps with the house, she provided a very friendly welcome and is available to answer any questions you may have :)

Can’t praise this villa and the family that run it enough. We were picked up at the airport by the host and anywhere we went during our stay they gladly transported us free of charge. The villa was amazing, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped with beautiful views. The pool was immaculate with the addition of a welcoming hot tub to finish the day. The free breakfast every morning was delicious with an extensive menu, from freshly made omelettes to fresh fruit, pastries and home made jam. The owners were welcoming, friendly and a lovely family who created the perfect vibe for the duration of the stay. Only just arrived home but we’ve booked for next year already!! Highly recommend a stay at this villa and 2 other villas also on the family complex.

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.
