Villa vacation rentals in Split

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely, and the pool was absolutely perfect—such a great place to relax. It was especially convenient having a bathroom in every bedroom, which made it ideal for a group getaway. The location is walkable to the beach and restaurants, though it might be a bit tricky for those with mobility issues or older guests due to being up a big hill. Ivana was incredibly nice and responsive, which made everything even easier. Would definitely recommend!

Staying at Villa Bella Split was exceptional. The hosts are truly amazing —thoughtful, generous, and attentive in every way. It felt like they had thought of everything to make our stay effortless and memorable. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Every room is perfectly designed, stylish yet cozy, and filled with little details that make it feel like a real home. The pool was an absolute highlight, so clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it so easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time together. One of our favorite things was having lunch on the terrace, soaking up the views and enjoying the fresh air—it became a treasured part of our days. This was more than just a vacation rental; it was a true home away from home. Thank you to the hosts for everything you did to make our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back to Villa Bella Split. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a magical place to stay!

Karmen & Josip were brilliant with communication The villa is huge and plenty of space for 2 families The pool and outdoor area including BBQ were perfect Very happy with our stay House rules may seem a bit much but actually are not at all and did not impact our stay The camera on the pool did not feel intrusive only things to note is one of the bedrooms is down some beautiful stairs by the pool area, separate from main house. This was OK for us. The view is lovely however if you look directly below there are abandoned cars. The area is having lots of work done, which again did not affect our stay but means some areas walking around have rubble piles. I would recommend this villa and the hosts are great

Petar und seine Familie hat meine Familie und mich herzlich aufgenommen. Direkt bei der ersten Nachricht von ihm wusste ich das es eine klare und gute Kommunikation geben wird. Petar geht auf kleine Extras ein und versucht den Urlaub zu etwas besonderen zu machen was ihm auch gelingt! Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen aber mit einem Auto sind die umliegenden Städte (Split) ganz einfach zu erreichen. Der Pool war beheizt und wir konnten ihn trotz schlechterem Wetter nutzen. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und die Betten sind für jeweils zwei Personen großzügig. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke was für eine große Familie perfekt ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft und die Familie herzlichst empfehlen, ihr werdet bestimmt auch so eine tolle Zeit dort verbringen!

Unsere Zeit in Mirkos Unterkunft war grandios. Sie liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist umfangreich und alles ist modern, sauber und gut gepflegt. Mirko hat schnell und proaktiv geantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

There is just so many wonderful things to say about this property and the family Pavelin who own and run it. We left here feeling like part of their family. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by Maria to this beautiful property that offers absolutely everything your heart desires! 3 spacious apartments, 1 bed on the ground floor, 3 bed on the 1st floor and 2 bed on the 2nd floor. Both the larger apartments had a full bathroom plus another loo. They also provided sofa beds in the very spacious lounges and every apartment has at least one large balcony/terrace. All overlooked the heated pool and gorgeous gardens . the outdoor kitchen and another terrace were the perfect place for us all to congregate, eat and make cocktails and was fully equipped. Every detail has been thought of including a games room with pool table and loads of beach accessories and toys, it even had a piano! Add this to the treats delivered ranging strawberries to a charcuterie board. Perfection!

Amazing villa and the whole house was so squeaky clean. The area was lovely and calm neighbourhood. Furthermore the host was brilliant and so easy to communicate with responsive messages quickly and always happy to help. I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks making our trip the best ♥️

We had a lovely stay at this property! The pool area was lovely and just as the pictures show. The separate apartments were perfect for our family of 12 to have some space/alone time and there was a communal kitchen to enjoy as a group. The host was so helpful and friendly leaving us some food when we arrived and she was very quick to respond to any queries. She put us in touch with a helpful taxi service who was always on hand to run us anywhere including to the supermarket and even helped load our shopping. The rooms were very clean and the pool was cleaned every other morning which was great. We would love to come back!

Nice and quite place. Easy to reach Split by Bus (the stop is 1 min by foot from the house). Hosts are really nice and friendly.

Die Villa ist wunderschön! Von der Lage bis hin zur Einrichtung ist nichts auszusetzen! In der Nähe von Split, und doch so ruhig! Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier, da ich geschäftlich aus Deutschland angereist bin, aber es war ein Traum! Der Gastgeber Mario hat uns in letzter Sekunde gerettet und uns einen Schlafplatz ermöglicht! Die Dachterasse mit dem Whirlpool haben uns umgehauen genauso wie alles andere. Bei der nächsten Möglichkeit werden wir wieder kommen! Danke!

We had a great stay, the house was nice and perfect for a group of 9 people. The host was very quick in response. Would definitely recommend in you want to chill at in a house and have fun in the city. Groceries and Uber where easily accessible which was comfortable. The outside was different on the picture but good, better and more sunbeds and a small couch, also the pool table outside on the picture is not there but I would definitely recommend the house.

We had an amazing stay at Goran's lovely 5 bedroom home. The place was easy to find and large and extremely clean with stunning views. We were very much at home right from the beginning. The outside area including the balcony and the pool were all aesthetically designed with stunning views of the town and the sea. The main house has a lovely living room area and kitchen/dining space. There was a minor issue on our second day with the pool and Goran was super quick in his response and fixed the problem very quickly. Goran was always very responsive to all our queries and was helpful with his suggestions and tips on good local places to visit and eat. On the whole, this house is perfect for large group of guests. We had a very memorable holiday, thanks.

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Jelena was a perfect host and always there for us. The villa was beautiful with everything we needed and things we didn't realise that we wanted. It was luxurious and beautiful. Jelena made us feel right at home from day one and I would highly recommend this host and villa for your next holiday. The area was great and perfect for us and our teenagers loved it as there was plenty to do and some great ice cream shops. The Roman buildings and sites are worth a look, but you do need to keep an eye out for them. Split is also a great day trip via a quick Uber and then train straight into the centre markets. You can purchase a return ticket on the train, make sure you have cash on you, I think it cost us €15 for a family of 4. All in all we loved staying here

The villa is absolutely amazing and Tea and Nedeljka and their team were very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The house is more beautiful than the photos - great location and amazing views. Our family enjoyed the pool and there was so much space across 4 bedrooms and pullout sofa in the basement. The pool table was a big hit as well! Gym was nice and clean and well equipped. They also recommended a chef Adrian Markovic who was world class and cooked for us at the villa. We would love to be back again next summer! This is a great villa near Split and we give it an excellent review!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans la villa, tout était très propre et les équipements correspondaient à la description. La communication avec Thea a été très bonne et elle s’est montrée très flexible pour nos heures d’arrivées et de départ. Je recommande !

Absolutely brilliant Villa could not have asked for better hosts Bosko brought round a tray of beautiful pastries from his daughter conformation which was a lovely touch Ana organised a driver for our airport pick up and drop off he was brilliant and organised our trip to the national park which was mind blowing he was so informative and polite Kaštel Stari the small town was amazing and everything was so close by the whole holiday was faultless 10/10 there was 6 well traveled adults on the holiday and all said Croatia is the most amazing place they have ever visited we will be definitely be back

Stunning villa with an amazing view. Immaculately clean throughout and lots of space with great amenities. We loved the Konoba for cooking. Communication from the host was great. Only slight downsides was the tricky road to get up to the property (due to road closure on the usual road) but Kristel met us downtown to show us the way on our arrival, also we personally found the pool a bit on the chilly side as it hadn't yet got really hot in Croatia, Kristel did adjust the temperature but it didn't make much difference!

Villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures. A wonderful villa to enjoy with my family. Josipa was an awesome host, available for questions and responded immediately, provided things to do , lovely restaurants. All recommendations were perfect. We asked for a kettle and toaster, that was provided that same morning, the kitchen had everything else. Villa was 10 minutes walk to beach with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and go back to Villa.

This home was gorgeous! The host recommended a local restaurant for dinner that was amazing! Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and being able to play in the playground. It was quiet and peaceful being away from the city. A perfect place to relax.
