Beach house vacation rentals in Split

This was truly one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The unit was very clean, exceptionally well maintained, and offered outstanding amenities – particularly the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything one might need. The location is excellent, directly on a beautiful white pebble beach, with a spacious terrace offering a nice view on the ocean. Our host was extremely courteous and thoughtful, surprising us with several welcome gifts during our stay. The availability of a private garage was another notable advantage. The only minor downside was the beach-bar nearby, which could be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. Nonetheless, our overall experience was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to return.

As described. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Contains everything you need. Friendly hosts, wine and cookies as gifts.

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

oh where do I start, first time in Split and first time doing a villa through Airbnb can't see me going back to hotels if this the experience I get. The place was perfect, the outside space just amazing and inside so comfortable and homely. As must we all enjoyed Split as a holiday destination we all agreed it was the villa that made it. if such a thing as 11/10 I would give it.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Staying at Antes place was absolutely amazing for our family! It was our second time in Croatia but would stay here again in a second We had an extended family of 10 in town for a wedding in Zagreb, and to start our trip we stayed here. The place was serene, peaceful and well equipped for everything we needed. We absolutely loved every moment of this stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you, Ante and family for making us feel so at home and for your beautiful hands on touches.

A truly amazing place with the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had! He really went out his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and we had a fantastic week! The house is super cute and the surroundings really beautiful and peaceful. We loved the outdoor area with the heated swimming pool and bbq. The host responded quickly and always made sure we had a good stay. We will definitely come back again!

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week at Livia's place. She made us feel very welcome. The house was spotless and as described - the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, they also liked the smart tv in the cool air con when the temperature was too much! Livia gave us great local recommendations and was on hand if we needed her, but also gave us lots of privacy and space. Excellent host. We walked to one local restaurant (Gurman) which was great - but also it was very easy to get an uber into Split when we wanted to be somewhere busier, with more choice of food/activities.

The host was incredibly gracious and responsive and we found that any issues that came up during our stay (though there weren't many) were cleared up almost immediately. The apartment was beautiful and clean and we ended up spending more time there because of this. Although the pool was closed because it was chilly outside, we spent our fair share of time in the sauna. Overall, highly recommend! It's a 10-15 minute drive in order to get to any restaurants, and we found that to be the only drawback.

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Very responsive host who was very accommodating. Villa was lovely on the inside with a great pool and a perfect space for people to relax and hang out. Would definitely come back soon.

Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

Silvija’s place was great for our group. It was spacious, clean and has everything you need. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance, the AC was great, there is a beautiful patio with an outdoor dining table that we loved. The location was perfect and very central. I would definitely recommend. There was some construction on a nearby building but it did not interrupt us.

The 3 bedroom home was perfect. It is very clean and the kitchen has absolutely everything you may need to prepare meals. Many thoughtful touches, juice, wine, candy, items in the bathroom to name a few. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend.

Great location, and Ante was very helpful. The place is ideal for a family as both bedrooms are on the same level, and everything is well organised and clean and tidy. Perfect for a night in Split before catching the ferry.

The location was perfect, very walkable to all the local attractions. The space was roomy and comfortable for three people, giving us plenty of room to relax. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the area with ease.

Absolutely perfect. The location was amazing, everything you could possibly want within easy walking distance. The room is super comfortable and well set up, very clean, massive tv with streaming services, coffee machine with pods provided, crockery, cutlery, kettle and sandwich press. The hosts are next level incredible, filled our fridge with juice, water and wine for our arrival, were extremely responsive with very clear instructions for self check-in, as well as very helpful with any questions we had, offering advice and helping us to find information on further travel arrangements. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great place in a great location- very walkable to everywhere you would want to visit in split, two supermarkets right outside. We had a very nice stay
