Waterfront vacation rentals in Split

What an amazing stay. I am so happy we chose to stay here rather than in a central Split apartment. Incredible view, lots of fun things to do, gorgeous beaches nearby, lovely people with beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. I cannot wait to come back! The manager of this apartment is so awesome. She was very flexible with us with checking in, and even helped us with something, responding within 30 seconds of messaging! The view and location are truly worth every penny. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed this property! The hosts were super accommodating and friendly and even gave us recommendations for local restaurants (of which we tried a few and loved!). A crib was provided for our baby which was convenient and the place was very clean. The balcony with beautiful water view was a plus.

This place was a delightful surprise. It is in the Old Town, a few minutes walk to the important sights. The building it is in is old, but the apartment is new and modern with beautiful finishes and all the conveniences, The air conditioning quickly cooled the room. Because it is down a side alley, it is very quiet and peaceful. It is up stairs but the host was very kind; he took our bags up to the apartment for us.

We had such a wonderful stay here! Mladen and Marija's apartment is just as pictured and sits in the heart of Old Town. Our hosts were super communicative and the check-in directions were clear and easy. We booked this place a few hours before our arrival to Split and within minutes the booking was accepted and we'd received our first communication from them. There's a public parking lot about 3 minutes walk away from the apartment, which made coming and going with luggage super easy. The only thing to be aware of if you're booking on weekends is the noise from the street below as people are walking home from the bars until early in the morning. It didn't bother us because it wasn't constant and it would last a couple minutes at a time. We would stay here again!

As described. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Contains everything you need. Friendly hosts, wine and cookies as gifts.

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Siniša apartment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, the apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home. Shops weren't too far of a walk, and anything drivable was easy to get to with Uber. Trogir was easily our favourite place over Split but we found many unique gems walking along the coast. I will definitely book again when I can!

We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

Villa Karina was even more beautiful than the pictures. The inside of the house was well organized and clean. Loved having a washing machine and we just air dried clothes. The views were 10000% amazing and the grounds were immaculately landscaped. One thing to note is that because cars/taxis cannot go past the ramp, you have to pull your luggage down the road a few minutes and up the stairs to the house. This was a minor drawback to deal with as the house + views are worth it! Few thoughts on future improvements, if helpful: The shower drain was slow at times, so that could be an easy fix. The screen door and sliding door to the house were a bit tricky, so it might be helpful to get those adjusted as well. There were quite a lot of mosquitos, but we sprayed repellent and were mostly fine. Again, part of being by the water and we expected it. We will be back again as this house is a true gem!

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. The location is also ideal for visiting Split and makes an excellent "base camp" for visiting the sights of this region of central Dalmatia. We're still seeing stars…. The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Antonela is an absolute outstanding host. We adored all the special touches everywhere. There was everything we needed and much more. Such a privilege to be staying in this 500 year old dwelling that has been lovingly restored. The opportunity to step outside the door and be immersed by this ancient village and feel it's magic was very special 💖 The location was a stones throw away from lovely local taverns, cafes, restaurants, shops, bakery and chemist. The love and effort Antonela has put in can be felt as soon as you enter. Many thanks Antonela and Srećko for creating a stay never to be forgotten. Hope to see you again🙏

Ante and Linda's place felt like a home away from home. They are both friendly, fantastic and very accomodating hosts, the apartment is very good, short walk from the old town, and in a nice neighbourhood with a lovely sight of the sea. We will be recommending this place to our friends and would 100% it recommend to people reading this review.

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

We loved the vacation at the place. That was actually the cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to. The equipment is new and modern, everything necessary was available. Nearby there were a few restaurants and shops, the beach is also in approx. 5 minutes' walking distance. The contact with Anita and Zoran was extremely friendly, we were personally received. Checking out was also straightforward.

This apartment was really a surprise! The apartment was really a lovely place to stay. To say it was spotless is an understatement - it was so clean that it looked like we were the first guests to stay there. The view was fabulous and exactly as the photographs showed. It overlooked the harbor, giving an extra treat of sunrises and sunsets. It even had it's own small balcony. Although I was never able to meet our host Toni, he was very quick to answer all my texts! He even offered to meet us at the apartment late in the evening to assist me in getting settled. Talk about above and beyond! Anybody lucky enough to rent this apartment will not be disappointed! Thank you Toni for making my stay the best of a 3 week trip! You deserve 10 stars in all review categories!!!

Excellent location—just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, yet in a quiet, modern area. The apartment is contemporary, well-equipped, and includes every amenity you might need. The private parking garage is a rare and valuable find in Split. Bruno was incredibly accommodating, meeting us early in the morning—well before check-in—and offering great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Highly recommended!

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.
