Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Split

The perfect home from home in Split. Very spacious for a family of 5 adults - super patio area that we took full advantage of. Fantastic location - walking distance to everywhere we wanted/needed to go.

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

This is one of my favorite places I have stayed! It is an adorable apartment within walking distance of Diocletian’s Palace. Our host had fabulous local recommendations and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Ivana ist eine unfassbar großartige Gastgeberin und hat uns unsere Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen. Sie hat uns regelmäßig mit frischen Handtüchern, Strandtüchern, Strandschirm und Spielsachen für meine Tochter versorgt. Mehr als ich je erwartet hätte. Das Apartment war so sauber, als hätte noch nie jemand vorher dort gewohnt. Die Lage der Unterkunft hätte ich mir nicht schöner wünschen können. Auch wenn ich zuerst skeptisch über die Entfernung zum Strand war, läuft man so schön durch die Altstadt, kann sich mit Snacks versorgen und hat die leckersten Restaurants vor der Tür. Die Gegend, die direkt am Bacvice Strand liegt (dort waren wir immer schwimmen) war nicht sonderlich attraktiv, daher waren wir überglücklich über unsere Location. Alles in allem können wir es kaum abwarten wiederzukommen und ergattern hoffentlich wieder ein paar Nächte bei Ivana. (Ivanas Cousine, die wir manchmal vor Ort angetroffen haben ist auch eine richtig tolle Persönlichkeit).

Orjena est une hôte parfaite. Elle nous a donné de nombreuses recommandations sur les commodités à proximité (supermarchés, restaurants, visites, transport...). Le logement est très agréable, proche du centre historique et du port de Split. Il comprend tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour très agréable.

Logement très bien situé à 10-15minutes du centre ville et du port. Il est situé dans un endroit calme. Le logement est très propre et conforme à la description. Branko est très réactif et l'arrivée au logement a été facilitée par les bonnes instructions qu'il nous a donné.

Our stay was amazing! Igor was very helpful during check-in & gave us great recommendations on food, places to visit, things to do, & general tips & tricks for our trip. The place itself was great! Really clean & modern, had all the amenities, & was a short walk to the old town & riva. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location!! It was an easy walk from bus station (perhaps 10 minutes) and was close to everything. It was quiet at night and very comfortable.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Biljana is a very friendly and nice lady. Her apartment is clean and comfortable. It is worth to mention that the distance from the apartment to old town will only cost 7-10 minutes. Everything is beyond my expectations. Thank you for hosting our family and highly recommended to everyone!

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Great place, really kind and helpful host, the house is really well thought out, every detail is covered :) Great for parking if you have a car, walkable distance to Old Town, all in all, great! Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful find. The location can’t be beat, safe and secure feeling for three ladies. Everything was spotless and as promised. Would definitely stay again!
