Vacation rentals with lake access in Split

Wonderful place to stay in Omiš. Beautiful building right beside old town. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Stjepan (Stipe) was a wonderful host. He arranged airport transfers and was at the property to meet us. We checked in early, which was no problem with Stipe, and he gave us a lift to local supermarket twice during our stay, which saved lugging heavy bags on the bus. Stipe also arranged a great rafting trip, and recommended places to visit and where to eat, all of which were excellent. The property was clean, spacious and fully equipped. Would highly recommend.

We were very warmly welcomed by Drazen, everything was explained to us and Drazen was always available if we had any questions. The apartment was even better than we hoped. Everything was clean and the apartment was top equipped! The pool has also been very nice and you could spend the day at home. By car is the location 1A you can drive to beautiful beaches in a short time. And supermarkets are just around the corner too, a smaller 5 mins walk, the other (bigger) 3 mins by car. All in all, 5 stars , absolutely recommended.

A wonderful and peaceful location, perfect for strolls, bike rides, and mountain hikes. We enjoyed everything, especially the fantastic pool area and the epic balcony view! I recommend having a car.

Ingrid and Silvia were very nice and helpful. Ingrid gave a lot of great tips for activities and restaurants. Very good location if you want a peaceful place scared by the water. Little tourists (mid-June) and lots of opportunities to find ethnologist place to swim. A few minutes walk to some local restaurants and about 15 min walk to larger beach and several restaurants. Very nice terrace with good view. Simple kitchen where you can nicely cook simple food (breakfast, lunch).

Ivan's place is in a peaceful little hamlet 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from Split and five minutes from the highway. The terrace under the mulberry tree is perfect for relaxing in the cool after a day of sightseeing. The accommodation is well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning...) and very spacious. Ivan and her family are adorable and generous, especially with the vegetables from their beautiful vegetable garden. We had a wonderful time at Ivan's place and will be back without hesitation. The four of us had a great time on vacation in Čiovo. Everything was according to agreement. Mr. Ivan showed us everything around the apartment and was available for all our questions. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the beach, cafes and a bakery, and the shop is a 5-minute walk away.

New, spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Very quiet area. So far off the beaten path that you need a car to get around and the house is on a very steep hillside. A beautiful beach is a ten-minute walk away, and there are also stairs down to the beach, where you can swim, but not lying on the beach. Thanks, we had a great vacation!

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The equipment was great, from kitchen to bathroom, everything you need. The view, the location by the sea everything is great. However, you should already rent a car or travel by car to explore the area. The apartment is quietly located rather in the residential area. However, parking in the garage is a bit tight, not only the garage itself but also the driveway. You can walk to a few restaurants, smaller supermarkets and in about 1 minute you are by the sea. We visited Split, NP Krka and of course several Trogir and were swimming and snorkeling a lot in the sea. It was a successful holiday. Communication with the host was great and always firm.

The apartment is really beautiful and has everything you need in everyday life, even a bit more. The view is amazing, even nicer than in the pictures. The path down to the sea is indeed quite steep, but you will be rewarded with peace and crystal clear water. Dejan's mother welcomed us very warmly and also during our stay she was extremely helpful and hospitable: she provided us with grapes and figs from her garden several times, lent us umbrellas, gave us tips for excursions and shopping and even handed over drinks before departure. Thank you for that! However, there is a criticism: in one of the many conversations with Dejan's mother, she has described herself as radical right, which fits her positive attitude to the AfD, Trump, and also the anti-Semitic narratives. It was hard to bear for us as a queer couple.
