My Authentic 4* modern and spacious 90 m2 Apt with 4 Air Cons in the middle of Old town is unique place in Split ! East wall of Master bedroom is AUTHENTIC 1700 years old wall of Emperor's Diocletian palace :) 3 bedrooms and large living room can accommodate 11 people. There are 2 Bathrooms with Walk in showers. Penthouse apartment next to town center with amazing view of the Diocletian Palace,port and marina. The Palace itself,1700 years old, is just a short 5 min walk from the apartment and its a certified UNESCO site. Filled with lots of small caffes and pitorescque restaurants it offers entertainment and Croatian cuisine at its best. Beaches are not far,a 15 min walk from the apartment at either side of the port. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a pharmacy within 100m down the street.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately during the summer of 2024 the beach in front of the apartment and the beach bars will be closed due to renovation works on nearby coastal area. There will be some other beaches available further from the apartment (around 0,5 km away). This is the reason why the prices have been reduced. Cozy two-level apartment (50m2) on the beach Žnjan with the large terrace (30 m2) and view to the islands of Brač and Šolta.
