The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

Our beautiful apartment was just renovated with lots of love and much attention to detail. It is an excellent opportunity as it is perfectly located, very close to the most important places in Split. It takes only 4 min. walk to the city center (Diocletian’s Palace), 5 min. to the legendary beach Bacvice and 5 min walk to the bus, train and ferry/boat station. The apartment has free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, AC in every room, 2 TVs.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...

All rooms are equipped with air condition and flat screen smart tv (3 AC units + 3 TVs). Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, microwave, toaster, water heater, coffee maker... Wifi is available throughout the property.
