Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the water and easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The host happily met us when we arrived, helped us into the property, and gave us great information of things to see and do for our stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

The place was great! Not a ton of floor place but plenty of closet space to unpack. Bed was comfortable, couch was great for lounging, kitchen was useful, and the balcony space was wonderful. Having a washing machine was also great, things dry really fast out on the balcony in the June heat. No complaints, would stay here again!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

We visited Split for 3 days and found the apartment and location to be absolutely perfect for our stay. We were close to everything (palace, port, main shopping street, restaurants and bars) and had the freedom to be able to walk wherever we liked. The apartment is exactly like the photos with modern finishings and very clean. We would definitely recommend the apartment. Thanks again!!

just a wonderful apartment in the middle of town. there was a concert on the square downstairs and we had the best seats in the area. love Croatia

Mate war ein sehr hilfsbereiter Host. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schon eingerichtet und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war Top , grad für einen längeren Aufenthalt ohne Auto genau das richtige. Selbst am Wochenende war es erstaunlich ruhig in dieser Gasse. Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Mate

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Anita’s place was beautiful, such a cosy and rustic stay that looked just like the photos. It was right at the heart of the town, we could walk to everything within a few minutes, but yet was still nice and quiet in the evenings. The room was very clean and there were restaurant and activity recommendations left out on the side, which was really helpful. The only slight downside was we found the bed and pillows to be quite hard, but overall it was a great place to stay in Split and I highly recommend!

Irina was such an incredible host, proactively managing communications, needs and expectations. She was incredibly communicative and flexible leading up to check-in and super helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment was spotless. Great location in Split: super central to everything but just tucked away enough that’s it’s a great escape from the hustle and bustle. Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

We had a fantastic weekend ! Thanks to Pava a truly sympathic and chatty person ! 😂 He helped in many ways.. Jacuzzi are amazings, garden is big, and swimming pool was clean, temperature was ok for this period, house pretty clean, it would need some renovation here and here but in a general way its ok Very close to city center so interesting to avoid taxis ! Neigbourhood very peaceful, with basketball and football courts nearbye that we enjoyed Thank you

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The view from the hot tub and balcony is breathtaking. Ivana and Mario were great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Ines’ was a wonderful host and her place is beautiful. She gave very in depth & clear instructions that were super helpful with checking in and finding her place. The view from her location is breath taking with a great walking/running path nearby. I would definitely recommend her place is you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Don’t hesitate booking this place! It’s everything and more! Matt did the most thorough check-in, so we were very comfortable with our surroundings and the apartment! The apartment is amazing, immaculate, and 5-7min walk to the main area of Split! If you need anything, Matt is very responsive and helpful! The pool and hot tub are an added bonus after long days exploring the area. We definitely recommend this booking 💛

Great location for walking to The old Town, the Port and the bus station. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. Helena was very friendly and responsive to our messages. We had a lovely week. Out of the hosts control but sadly we were woken by the builders every morning at 7.30am directly outside the windows which was not ideal for our holiday.
