Soggiorno perfetto, la descrizione dell'appartamento era precisa e reale, molto spazioso nella realtà, dotata di ogni comfort come indicato, compresa la smart tv.. c'è anche il parcheggio privato, fondamentale se si ha la macchina, perché è una zona centrale.. la stazione è raggiungibile a piedi, è tutto a portata di mano.. assolutamente consigliato!

Pierluca und Valeria sind die zuvorkommensten Gastgeber, die wir je getroffen haben. Wenn sie können, erfüllen sie dir jeden Wunsch. Allen Empfehlungen von Pierluca kann man vertrauen. Sei dies wegen Ausflügen oder wegen Essen. Meiner Frau und mir hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist von hoher Qualität und was für uns sehr wichtig war; in den Betten haben wir bereits in der ersten Nach sehr gut geschlafen. Wie bereits kurz erwähnt, sind auch die Parkiermöglichkeiten immer gegeben. Wir haben ausserdem unsere teuren E-Bike auf dem Fahrradträger gelassen und es ist nichts negatives passiert. Das Stadtzentrum und viele Restaurants liegen in Gehdistanz. Ausserdem ist die nähere Umgebung von Alessandria mit Ast, Alba, Barolo etc. mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad muss in hügeligem Gelände auf Steigungen geachtet werden. Für uns war es ein sehr gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem traumhaften ruhigen Grundstück mit ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum relaxen und verweilen. Jimmy der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal ob Fragen zu Ausflügen , Essenmöglichkeiten Jimmy hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Auch die Tiramisu die uns seine Mutter vorbeibrachte war ein Traum. Von der Ferienwohnung aus lässt sich das Piemont sehr gut erkunden. Auch Turin (45 Minuten )und Mailand (1:20 Stunde) werden schnell erreicht. Die Ferienwohnung kann zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Zwei Wochen im Paradies. Das bringt unsere Ferien bei Fausto und Jaqueline auf den Punkt. Das wunderschöne, alte, perfekt renovierte Haus liegt eingebettet in den sanften Hügeln des Monferrato. Durch die Herzlichkeit unserer Gastgeber haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was es für unbeschwerte Ferientage braucht. Beim Eintreffen haben wir sogar alles vorgefunden, was es für ein erstes Frühstück braucht, ein Geschenk von Fausto und Jaqueline, einfach wunderbar. Für Ferien fernab von Trubel und Hektik ist das Haus unbedingt zu empfehlen. Und trotzdem ist man schnell in Asti, Torino oder Alba. Ausserdem findet man in der Nähe tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Gute Unterkunft mit moderner Küche und Dusche. Nähe von öffentlichen Parkplätzen und gute Lage zur Altstadt. Nette freundliche und hilfsbereite Anbieterin. Tipp an zukünftige Besucher: Das Besteck ist gut versteckt, aber wenn man genau hinschaut hat es eine zweite Schublade in der oberen der beiden großen Pfannenschubladen unter dem Herd 😉

The hosts are probably the friendliest souls I’ve encountered on Airbnb! They offered to drive out of their way to get me at the train station! The apartment is charming and very clean… I highly recommend using them!!!
