Everything is really right here, we felt incredibly comfortable. The house has a perfect, secluded location surrounded by forest and meadow, it has everything you could need. In addition, Christine is a super host who can give all sorts of tips and is available. We hopefully will be back!

We rented a cottage with a bunch of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

The accommodation was great for my colleagues, very clean and tidy. Communication with Harald was absolutley great. I recommend to everyone!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

We stayed here with friends and our baby daughter and had a great time. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was a bit cold the first evening (early May), but the host was helpful with the heating, even though we couldn’t set it ourselves. There were portable heaters in the bathroom. The house is spacious, in a quiet area with lovely farm animals nearby—charming and not noisy. One small downside: only one chair on the small terrace and none on the large one, which would’ve been nice. Trofaiach is close for shopping, and beautiful spots like Leopoldsteinersee and Grüner See are about an hour away—perfect for hiking. We also appreciated the baby cot, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Overall, a peaceful and family-friendly place for a relaxing weekend.

The house has a secluded location and you have a sensational view from the terrace. Due to a large awning, you can also perfectly enjoy lingering there on sunny days. The kitchen and living area is open plan, also inviting, should the weather not make it possible to stay outside. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of dishes and cutlery, and we were happy to use the washing machine. All in one, a relaxed, quiet week in the beautiful house of Annelies.

We had a wonderful stay at this little cottage in the countryside! My husband, our little daughter and I felt very comfortable right from the start. Helga was incredibly friendly and warmly welcomed us with homemade apple juice – a really nice start. The cottage itself is rustically built of wood and has a very special charm - exactly what we were looking for. Overall a perfect retreat if you want to escape the city.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. The hot pot was definitely an added bonus. Birgit was very responsive and helpful with all our questions.

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

We had a magical stay at the farmhouse. Viktor and his family were so welcoming and the farmhouse was exactly as pictured and described. Some lovely touches on arrival included a bottle of the family’s wine and fresh eggs from the hens. We loved seeing all the animals around the farm and relaxing at the outdoor table with our breakfast and a drink in the evening. For us, a huge highlight was being able to rent e bikes from the farm, which we used on 2 beautiful loop rides - including one on the river Mur in Austria. Cycling gave us the freedom to explore the beautiful countryside, and we enjoyed some great lunches and wine at local restaurants (calamari delicious every time!). Overall our stay was so peaceful and a welcome escape from city living.

The accommodation was very nice, original and cozy. You feel like you are part of nature, the surroundings are quiet and really suitable for a stay with small children. Samy is very hospitable and communication with him was pleasant.

We (2 people plus dog) stayed in Dalibor's house for an extended weekend and enjoyed it to the fullest. The house itself has a great layout and the loving furnishings and the many small details for guests make you feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Dalibor even chilled a prosecco for us and preheated the outdoor hot tub. :) The garden was also designed with a lot of love. In addition to the fantastic view, it was also just a paradise in the evening due to the flowers and the lighting. When we had a question, Dalibor was also immediately available and then gave us tips for a hike. Through the adjacent forest, we could take beautiful walks with our dog. So it was a wonderful vacation for all of us and so close to Vienna (so you don't have to drive long). For us, it is clear, we definitely want to come back. The days with Josefine gave us relaxation in quiet nature. The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room that contains everything necessary, a bedroom, with large, comfortable double bed and a bathroom. Everything is fine and very clean. Our big Greyhound wanted to go into the small, fenced garden in the morning, from which sometimes a pack of fallow deer can be seen. This apartment was ideal for us. For many hours, we were able to spend reading undisturbed under the umbrella on the sun loungers. If we were in the mood for lunch, we drove a few kilometers further to a restaurant in St. Paul for dinner, otherwise we cooked something fast in the kitchen. I would also like to mention the fantastically beautiful forest in which we took long walks. Josefine and her husband are very friendly and dog-loving, so - we will definitely be back at the next opportunity!

Very lovingly and creatively designed apartment. We felt comfortable immediately, absolute recommendation :)

Even before arrival, all the important information was provided by the owner, the check-in was simple and contactless. We were answered super quickly and kindly with questions. All the important utensils were found in the cabin (wood for heating, bowls for dogs, dishes and everything necessary for cleaning). Through game boxes, binoculars, carving knives and the cozy submission, you immediately felt comfortable. During our stay from Friday to Sunday, the volume of the race track (Red Bull Ring) was noticeable every day, we did not know that it was so loud and next time we would inquire in advance whether events will take place or not. We were not aware that the secondary house is so close to us due to the pictures of the ad, but this was not inhabited during our stay and was therefore not disturbing. All in all, the stay was very relaxing and the area was very nice to explore, especially with dogs.

Even though the accommodation is a little bit dark we didn't feel uncomfortable. There is more than enough space, you got everything you need (even for more than just a few days) and everything was so clean. You can watch some birds right infront of the house. The neighbours were also really friendly and gave us some time recommendations. Thank you!

We had a relaxing stay in Obersemlach. The house is equipped with everything you need and the view invites you to relax. We would come back 😊

Very chic and spacious cottage with beautiful views, located on the lower edge of a small "cottage settlement". The ski slope can be reached in 3 minutes by car, the nearest restaurant (Schwarzkogelhütte - highly recommended!) as well, or in 15 minutes on foot. There are also many opportunities for (snowshoe)hiking all around. The kitchen is well equipped and completely sufficient for self-catering. We used the sauna extensively, with Kneipp gang through the snow on the balcony. The whole house is controlled by a smart home system, which is a nice game but sometimes didn't work super intuitively.

We really enjoyed the days at the place. The location of the cottage is perfect. Hiking trails start right outside the cottage. The hot tub with the breathtaking view was a highlight. We will be happy to come back!

Katharina's house is really beautiful, if not even nicer than in the photos. The interior is even significantly larger than we had imagined. The sun terrace is the absolute heart and invites you to enjoy the wonderful view with sun loungers and much more. Katharina sent us all the important information in advance and we could easily contact her at any time. The cleanliness and hygiene of the house left absolutely nothing to be desired. We felt right at home. The direct neighbors were also very friendly and we could still use the terrace and the house in peace. It's a beautiful place! Thank you 🫶
