Il Poggio in the heart of woods

PatrickRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The accommodation and Michela are simply great. It is just important that you are aware of a few points. The accommodation is not in Como City. They is above Como on a hill. The roads to the accommmodation are narrow and rocky. The accommodation is located in the forest and animals also live there. Some of them are active at night. It is the perfect place for guests who just want to switch off and enjoy nature and don't need 5G net. I would not recommend this place for city people. A huge thank you again to Michela for the wonderful time. The little boy also really enjoyed it. He still talks about this vacation every day. We hope of a next time with you and your dogs. Cheers Patrick
The bedroom features a spacious bed with a light-colored duvet and decorative pillows. A wooden bench is placed at the foot of the bed, and a painted dresser adds a touch of charm. Natural light filters in, highlighting the wooden ceiling and an art piece on the wall.

Chalet Resort Fornella LakeGarda with multi Airco

SallyRating, 5 stars33 months ago
We stayed with our 1 year old son for 7 nights in Marcels Charlet. Our son felt just as comfortable as we did. There were hardly any danger zones for him and so he could feel very free and explore everything that made us even more relaxed. Location of Charlets is perfect! Actually right in the middle of it all and all the paths were short. We felt so comfortable that we hardly had to leave the place and would have preferred to spend a few more days!!
A scenic view of a stone house with a wooden balcony situated along a winding road. Nearby, a distinct building features a clock face, indicating its historical significance. An arrow sign points to the right, guiding visitors, while a parked car is visible near the entrance.

We had a great stay. Nice and peaceful surroundings and things to do nearby. Also some good restaurants at a walking distance. A nice cold beer in the fridge at arrival, which was very welcome.
The traditional stone chalet is surrounded by lush greenery, featuring a wooden fence that lines the pathway. A well-maintained lawn leads to a picnic area with a table, while the mountain backdrop adds to the serene environment.

Chalet "La Cort," surrounded by nature

ClaudiaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The chalet is immersed in nature, almost totally isolated from every form of civilization. It is easily reached with a 4x4. I really appreciated the location, the surrounding nature, the silence and the very cool climate - even in the house. The fully fenced garden is great: we had 2 dogs and throughout our stay we had a flock of hundreds of sheep and goats right in the pasture below the house. Some goats wanted to burn in the garden, but the net separated us. (A great experience anyway!) The cabin is rustic, huge, and is definitely meant to host groups of friends or families. For me and my partner it was great, but maybe if there are more than 3 or 4 people it can be a little problematic to access the bathroom since there is only 1 toilet and 1 shower. I would have appreciated more generosity in the amenities given the price per night: no towels, no sheets, 1 roll of toilet paper, sponges of dishes and very used towels.
The chalet's exterior is illuminated by soft outdoor lighting, creating a welcoming ambiance. A porch extends from the structure, providing scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A grassy area with a tree is visible, contributing to the tranquil, natural setting.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We had a great time. The owner's son was careful that everything was there and recommended things to do in the area. Recommended

Idyllic river cottage near Idro

CorneliaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This cottage is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Set in a picturesque valley of the small Dolomites, the house has been lovingly converted from a former agricultural building into a rustic cottage. We, as a couple with a dog, enjoyed the spacious property and the secluded location. A highlight was daily bathing in the river. The steep driveway can be mastered carefully, even without four-wheel drive. The house is perfect for digital detox as there is no reception and only occasionally 3G on the terrace. Thanks to the good communication with the host Dani and the valuable tips, we were able to explore the surroundings and beautiful mountain villages. Especially recommended is the hike to Lago di Malga Bissina. Nearby Lake Idro is a relaxed alternative to Lake Garda. Overall a wonderful place to switch off and relax.

Quiet chalet in the mountains

CeciliaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful Chalet surrounded by greenery, clean, tidy and with beautiful outdoor spaces. Great starting point for visiting the valley or simply enjoying the mountain. Many trails of all difficulties nearby, a lot of information provided by the host, Daniela. I would like to point out, for information purposes only, that only some telephone operators (Wind/Iliad) are available and that the garden, large and with barbecue area, is not fenced. Absolutely recommended!!
